Escape to this lovely villa just minutes from Bethany Beach. Enjoy the sun and sand, walk along the boardwalk, visit stores and sample the local cuisine.
Or you can relax just steps away from your villa in the spectacular community club house. It has indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, sauna, game room, and large-screen TVs. There are outdoor gas grills and a large well-equipped kitchen. (Clubhouse amenities are available for $25 per person/week or $6 per person/day.) Just outside the club house are tennis courts and a dock for crabbing or boating.
The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Built in 2004 by Toll Brothers, the three-story home features a large open kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, and sitting room. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, 16-foot ceiling and gas fireplace. Sliding doors lead out to a porch overlooking a pedestrian courtyard. Of course, there’s cable TV and WiFi.
The master bedroom suite has a private balcony with a water view. It includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and bath with two sinks, shower and tub. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
Bring your kayak or canoe and store it in the large two car garage when you aren’t out on the beautiful bay.
Near the Bayside community, enjoy wildlife refuges, hiking trails and bird watching. A public golf course, grocery and other shops are within walking distance. The Rehoboth outlets are a short drive to the north, offering more than 150 shops. Ocean City is less than 30 minutes to the south.
