Designed by ARQUITECT ALEJANDRO LAZARENO CRAVIOTO this original large 2 story 2 bedroom house is situated on one of 3 scenic canals in beautiful Barra de Navidad. This newly constructed Mexican style adobe home has extra sleeping room both up and down, very comfortable with plenty of room to spare.
Barra de Navidad is a tourist friendly little fishing and farming village that encompasses Mexico as it used to be. With a lagoon on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other, there is never a lack of things to do. The fishing is fabulous and there are several charter companies with in a quick walk of Casa Hanson. There is a water park located on the edge of Barra and many inexpensive tours that can be arranged at the local taxi stop.
The cobblestone streets are full of shops and great restaurants with even better prices. Buy fresh seafood and produce on the street while enjoying your morning walk.
Water taxi's on the lagoon can take you to the marina, the Grande Bay Resort or perhaps for a Margharita at Mary's in Colomia. A world class golf course is located just across the lagoon as well.
Some days it is perfect just to stay at home and watch the local fishermen bring in their catch, BBQ on the deck just feet away from the pool and enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
