It is brilliantly designed for entertaining lavishly, with wonderful "flow" starting in the classic, Georgian living room, with its scallop-shell bookcases - just like the ones in the oval office - through the library to the splendid dining room, with a table that will easily seat 14.
The very large, brand-new kitchen, has top-of-the-line appliances and is equipped for feeding large numbers of people, with double ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks with disposals, and much, much more. Between the kitchen and the dining room, there is a bar/pantry with a wine cooler that holds 48 bottles.
There are four large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bathroom en-suite, with a Jacuzzi. The guest bedroom on the same floor has a king-size bed, with a bathroom with a huge shower en-suite. There are two more bedrooms on the top floor, each with a full bath en-suite. One has a queen-size bed, the other has a twin bed and a double-bed size sleep sofa.
There is a media room with a 50-inch Sony HDTV, hooked up to DirectTV.
Next to the master bedroom there is a superb study with a fire-place.
On the ground floor, there are a cloak room, a powder room, and a study with a sleep sofa. Off of this study there is a full bathroom.
The whole house is beautifully decorated with period antique furniture and furnishings.
Daily maid service is available.
