This great 3 bedroom unit has room for several families. The master bedroom has a queen and a twin, the "bunk" room has a double and a set of bunks. The third bedroom has a queen, and there is a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. You will enjoy the large living/dining area with a massive rock fireplace. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and there are tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms with new carpeting throughout. The washer and dryer are also great for drying wet gloves and socks. The unit is on the bottom floor, an end unit, with a view of open space and the Fraser River only 30 feet away. The free shuttle bus stops right at the building. It is a short walk to a video store, restaurants, convenience store and recreation room. You’ll love the rec room with 4 indoor hot tubs, indoor pool, game room and locker room.
We use the condo ourselves, and also rent it out to nice people. Please treat our condo like you are renting it from a friend and we will treat you the same way. If you break something like a casserole dish or a lamp, just call us and we’ll work it out. You are welcome to use the condiments, spices, zip lock bags, and food and beverages such as opened bottles of wine, sodas, ice cream, cereal, pop corn and please feel free to leave stuff for others. It is a big advantage not to have to run to the grocery store for mustard, aluminum foil, hot sauce, garlic salt and sugar.
We are seeking week long stays but will consider 4 day stays or shorter if mid-week. The holidays are still available and we will rent just December 26-26.
