There is also a Catamaran and you can decide what to do from your condo -- do your own surf report -- do all the sports -- you'll never want to leave. Everything is just a short walk from your condo! Heaven! We supply the souvenir beach towels -- your job is to have fun!

Why the Owner Chose Ilikai Hotel Condos
I bought this "Dream of Aloha" to live in myself. I must have looked at a kajillion condos and having lived in Hawaii I knew them all! The Ilikai has the others beat hands down! And mine has the perfect view! I asked the hotel desk which was best and they said "28" and that's the one I bought for me! I decorated it with the finest money could buy but circumstances didn't allow me to live there yet so I am using it as a vacation rental so that other people can enjoy it in the meanwhile. I lose a lot of money on it monthly -- I keep the rates so low but I know that I am catering to the budget-minded and I like making new friends from all over the world!

My husband and I have stayed here three times over the last two years. This is our home away from home on the island. I highly recommend this home for anyone seeking peaceful, immaculate yet comfortable accommodations in Hawaii.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Stayed at this unit Jan, Feb & March, 2010. The landlord is a very sweet talking lady & will promise anything, until she gets her rent money. Then she won’t even return your phone calls. The unit was filthy upon arriving. The blinds are missing slats and don’t work properly. The sliding doors between the bedroom & the living room are torn in many places & don’t slide without falling on the bed. The tile floor in the bathroom & front hallway are pealing up & the wallpaper is pealing off the wall. I could not get her to fix anything. The $15,000 new leather furniture is 15 years old & worn (it was built in 1995). The turquoise ocean colors were a worn dirty white. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Good luck getting your security deposit back.
Owner response:Since this guests stay we have a local property manager available to respond to every need. Our blinds have been redone. All items mentioned by the guest have been dealt with and corrected. Our goal is the complete satisfaction of our guest when using our apartment.
