Our guests relax the moment the door swings open into the spacious great room, TV, and sitting areas. Upon opening the sliding triple glass doors the Great Room seamlessly cascades into the outside. The large lanai and enclosed pool areas face directly to the dock and beautiful lake. The view is truly one of the finest in all of Cape Coral.
The sleeping areas are divided to each side of the house with the master bedroom having an oriental flare. King sized bed, walk-in closet, TV, bathroom and walk in shower are yours. Privately designed into the other side of the Great Room are two other bedrooms. One with a Queen bed and access to large bathroom shower and tub w/adjoining office area with sliding doors to the outside lanai & pool. The other bedroom has a full sized bed and access to a bathroom. Each can accommodate up to two adults comfortably.
The house is artfully decorated, and comfortably furnished to allow your mind, body, and spirit to be pampered and absorbed.
Openly adjoining the great room is the dining and kitchen areas with all amenities waiting to be used.
Our goal was to own a property with one of the best lake and water views in Cape Coral. Selfishly we have not rented 'La View' because of the amount of time we found ourselves in it. Our close friends have convinced us to share this experience with you. Each additional adult/child over 16 yrs old $50/week. Add $25 per week for child
under 16 years old Dec 1, 2009 - Aril 30 2010 $650/wk or $2200/mo.
**Please add 11% Florida tax and $75 for end cleaning fee**
20% non-refundable booking deposit necessary. Plus $200 advance Security
Deposit required for weekly or $400/monthly. Balance prior to arrival.
Extra $25 cleaning charge for any pets.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southwest
My wife and I were renting in Cape Coral and taking a walk through this neighborhood when we came upon a wonderful home for sale. The house was privately situated and had the greatest view on the lake. The previous owner was a retired navy veteran who was first to build, and he walked the lake until he found the best view. The moment we walked into the living room and looked out across the pool to the lake...we were at peace and made the old fella an offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The house is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk, run, bike or take a pet. No adjacent homes are on either side of you allowing for additional privacy. The home is off the beaten trail but within 2 miles of anything you will need; grocery, diners, restaurants, shopping, etc. The closest beach is Cape Corals at about 5 miles. There are two public Yacht Club areas where you can eat within 5 miles. The old fishing village of Matlacha is 2 miles away, and the art shops of Pine Island just beyond. The Ft. Myers airport is 18 miles away.

I love to travel and still do quite often. Although I retired young from a directors position at a large motorcycle manufacturer, I have stayed busy. I am now a certified senior advisor who owns an in-home senior care business. My wife and I enjoy the Florida region and have many relatives there. We are very active and enjoy Cape Coral for its proximity to many activities and island beaches. I can't describe how I relax the moment I get to the house and can't wait to get out to enjoy the surroundings!
