You can enjoy our home on lovely Lake Wateree for your next vacation, family reunion, or fishing trip. The home is spacious, with 2500 square feet, and features five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, laundry machines and satellite television. You will enjoy the view from the 1000 s/f deck that stretches across of back of the house or from the cypress swing facing the main channel of Lake Wateree. Use of the house includes the use of the lighted dock and the public ramp just five minutes away. The home is ready for relaxation or the excitement of water sports.
Our home is located on Lake Rd. just 2.5 miles above the lower dam on the Lugoff side of the lake. It is located 30 minutes away from Carolina Adventure World. Reservations can requested by calling or by sending an e-mail. Responsible adults with families are welcome and pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. A security deposit is required and self-cleaning is recommended.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Rates are as follows:
June-August $1000/week (Sat. thru Sat.) Weekly rentals only.
September-May $750/week or $150 per night with a two night minimum
Pay Pal/Personal Checks accepted
Reservations must be made at least 10 days prior to occupancy.
Cleaning fee: $100.00 or clean up yourself and save money.
A written Rental Agreement required.
Reservation/Security deposit of $200 required at booking.
