You can enjoy our home on lovely Lake Wateree for your next vacation, family reunion, or fishing trip. The home is spacious, with 2500 square feet, and features five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, laundry machines and satellite television. You will enjoy the view from the 1000 s/f deck that stretches across of back of the house or from the cypress swing facing the main channel of Lake Wateree. Use of the house includes the use of the lighted dock and the public ramp just five minutes away. The home is ready for relaxation or the excitement of water sports.
Our home is located on Lake Rd. just 2.5 miles above the lower dam on the Lugoff side of the lake. It is located 30 minutes away from Carolina Adventure World. Reservations can requested by calling or by sending an e-mail. Responsible adults with families are welcome and pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. A security deposit is required and self-cleaning is recommended.

This house is very well laid out for multi family use. We had 11 people staying here and there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep as well as not get in each others way during the day. The deck is awesome and big enough that all 11 people can sit around and enjoy it.

My family and I had a wonderful time at your house on the lake and thank you for your kind hospitality. Even though we booked last minute, the house was immaculate when we arrived. We spent 4 wonderful days enjoying the backyard, paddleing on the lake and exploring the area. We will definately be back agian.

My family and I rented this beautiful lake house in August of 2010 and we absolutely loved it. We had 10 people staying here, 8 of which were adults, and there was plenty of room! This was the perfect spot to just get away, relax, and enjoy the water. We are looking forward to renting this home again next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

An Amazing Week of Family Fun

There really aren't enough great things we could say about our 2 family vacation to this property in August of 2010. The house is absolutely amazing with more room than you could possibly imagine for 2 very large size families to share. We had 4 adults and 9 children staying here for the week and every one of us unanimously agreed that we want to book it again for 2011. Once you get over how awesome the house is, you'll have to check out the dock and lake which is just steps away from the amazing rear deck. Lake Wateree is an amazing place, but to have the view from this home is even more special. We docked out boat on the dock and had nearly instant access to what is arguably the best ski alley in all the world. Literally a mile of nearly perfect water at any time of day with nearly no other boat traffic for the entire duration of our stay. There are islands everywhere around this location on the lake which provide perfect mid day family picnics. I've been traveling nearly 700 miles from my home town to Lake Wateree every year since 1988 and I can safely say that 2010 was our best vacation to the lake ever. My only stipulation before posting this comment is that we reserve the house for our dates in 2011 and not let this secret jem out online before we do. Thanks for a truly great family vacation time. We'll definitely be back! Many Many Smiles :>)
