Villa Toiny is an open, spacious home set on three acres of private grass covered land. Enjoy complete privacy in your 2 bedroom, open air home that has a massive teak deck that over looks the Caribbean sea. Enjoy views of St. Kitts, Nevis, and St. Eustacia.

Wake up and open the 3 sets of sliding glass doors to an ocean sun rise. Enjoy breakfast on one of the two covered outdoor dining areas. Walk to your own private beach, exercise by walking one of the many hiking trails only steps away. Swim in the ocean or cool off in your private heated fresh water pool. Nap on the deck listening to the waves of the ocean. End your day with a romantic, outdoor, candlelit dinner followed by star gazing, and watching the moons reflection on the ocean.

Drive into town for world class shopping and restaurants. View the worlds largest yachts and sailboats in the harbor. Charter a boat for a day of deep sea fishing or scuba diving. The island offers all water sport activities.

Your home has American Satellite tv. The Master bedroom has glass patio doors with full ocean view. The attached guest bedroom has a separate entry, glass patio doors with full ocean view, and full bathroom.

  • Just came back from an AMAZING week at Villa Toiny. The view is spectacular! What a pleasure to wake up every morning to the sound of waves. The Villa is perfectly located, close to shops, beaches and restaurants yet private. The Villa very comfortably accommodated us and made the perfect home away from home. I cannot wait to return to the paradise of St Barth's!

  • We spent a relaxing week at Villa Toiny during the month of January. The view was breathtaking and the sound of the ocean was soothing. The villa had all the amenities of home. It was great that the villa was centrally located to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Can't wait to get back and vacation again!!!

  • We stayed at Villa Toiny for a week in January and absolutely loved it!! This place was extremely clean, spacious, and relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed multiple beautiful beaches that were within 10-15 minutes of the villa. The view from the deck was breath taking and the pool was very refreshing. We also enjoyed romantic dinners on the deck over looking the ocean. We can't wait to return!
