Welcome to our 100% newly renovated Incline Village condo! Charming Tahoe-style decorations abound in the two-story open floor plan with exposed beams. Enjoy a crackling wood fire in our stone fireplace in the comfortable living area. Take in views of beautiful pine trees from the wood deck. The condo is stocked with family-friendly games, puzzles, books, hiking/biking trail maps, CD's, and DVD's.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the upstairs loft has two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms with tile showers. Feel at home in the fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Quality linens are provided for the comfort of a maximum of six guests.
Winter Activities: Family-friendly Diamond Peak Ski Area is less than five minutes away, and there is a convenient shuttle to the slopes from the condo parking lot. Discounted lift passes are available at area Costco stores for the cheapest day passes in the Tahoe Basin. We are also close to Mt. Rose Ski Area, Heavenly, Northstar and Squaw Valley resorts. Cross country ski trails and fun sledding can be found at nearby Tahoe Meadows or Spooner Lake.
Summer Activities: We provide exclusive passes for our guests to the private Incline Village beaches, with access to a lovely sandy beaches, a boat launch, water sport rentals, sailing, and swimming. The highly-acclaimed Tahoe Shakespeare Festival is located at Sand Harbor, five minutes away. The renowned Flume Trail, the Tahoe Rim Trail, and a myriad of hiking and biking trails are in close proximity. Top-notch golf can be found at two Incline Village courses, the Championship and Mountain Courses.
Our condo is in central Incline Village, an easy walk to Raley's, Starbucks, the beautiful new library, and a host of family-style and gourmet restaurants. Shopping and antiquing are available in town, in nearby Truckee or a short drive around the lake. Nightlife may be found at Incline's Hyatt Resort, or at nearby Stateline casinos.

Charming well-decorated condo that was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The owner was so easy and pleasant to work with. Good location - we loved our stay.
