From the master bedroom or living room, a door opens to the balcony. Even when you aren’t taking in the view, you can hear the calming sound of the surf.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed; one guest room holds a queen-sized bed; the other has two twins. Television and DVD players are in each bedroom plus the living room. Three full bathrooms ensure all the amenities and privacy each guest would enjoy. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub. The furniture in all rooms is of good quality – you’ll feel well treated.
The condo unit has both indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, and direct access to the beach. You’ll enjoy assigned parking for 2 cars on the 2nd floor, covered from the weather and convenient to the elevator.
The Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach is family-oriented. It is away from the heavy traffic and ‘glitz’ of Myrtle Beach, but within a short driving distance of the shopping at Broadway and Barefoot Landing.
Golfers will find courses and driving ranges within a short drive in any direction. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy access to the water.

Dennis and Louise Crowe live in the town of Madison, CT, on Long Island Sound. We've raised our three girls and now are beginning to enjoy a little more freedom to travel and take vacations at other than school breaks.
Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Pointe
We love to visit our beautiful condo to escape the colder temperatures of Connecticut. When our youngest daughter moved to nearby Conway SC, it provided an opportunity to select this prime beachfront property for both vacation purposes and family visits.
