Lovely home in San Ignacio Vista II. Two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, dining room and office. Beautifully decorated with rattan sofa and matching chairs. Cable TV and DVD player. Aesthetic corner gas fireplace with remote control. Dining room table with 6 chairs. Warm colors in earth tones blend with the outdoors and invite you to relax and enjoy the wonders of the desert.
Bring your laptop as the separate office has internet with WI-FI access, desk, and printer ready for you to hookup.
Master bedroom has a new king size bed, walk in closet, and best of all a great view of the mountains. Master bath is roomy, bright, and equipped with double sinks. Private Guest bedroom has new queen size bed. Second bathroom has sink and tub with shower. This bedroom and bathroom can be shut off to provide privacy for guests
Laundry room contains washer, dryer and laundry tub with access to your two-car garage.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided. Kitchen is open so you can entertain while you cook. Dining area is between the kitchen and living room.
Walk through dining area opens onto the patio where you can relax and enjoy an incredible view of the Santa Rita’s while dinner is grilling on the gas barbeque. Patio table and chairs for six so you can invite guests. Patio is covered with Ramada, water feature and built-in chiminea and overlooks a community common area with desert landscaping and mountain vista.
The house is in Green Valley Recreation area which for a very small fee gives you access to all facilities and amenities: pools, hot tubs, tennis, shuffleboard, and fitness facilities. Classes are available for an additional fee in everything from dance to wood working, silver smithing, and more. There are three great public golf courses within 5 minutes and many more in the area. You'll be close to shopping, dining, and all GVR amenities. Come to golf, walk, hike, bike, or just relax in the SUN!
