Gorgeous, brand new, corner unit, second floor Bay Vista Villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths overlooking the Great Cruz Bay. Unlike Hillside villas, you are right on property and 30 seconds from the magnificent 1/4 acre resort pool, and restaurants. This makes it incredibly convenient to run back for lunch, grab a shower, or even get the book you forgot. Ask anyone on the Hillside and they'll tell you their top complaint is how far they are away and the inconvenience of running back.

Completed in 2008, this nearly 1500 square foot villa is appointed with everything for families and couples. Full, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom comes a Westin's famous Heavenly Bed as well as a beautiful flat panel television. In addition, the living room has a large LCD flat screen and a Bose Lifestyle stereo entertainment center.

The master bedroom comes with a walk-in shower, private kimode, and granite split sinks. The second bedroom comes with deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom comes with shower/tub combo and split granite sinks. Because this is a corner unit, it comes with three spacious balconies, one wraparound, with gorgeous views of the lush hillside and the Great Cruz Bay.

The resort property is typical Westin, filled with every imaginable amenity. Right beyond the 1/4 acre pool is a private beach with every water activity including, water skiing, parasailing, kayaking, snorkeling, paddle boats, yacht rentals, dinner cruises and more. And two hundred feet from the beach is floating trampoline and climbing wall! Minutes away is the town of St. John which is filled exciting and unique shopping and an incredible selection of restaurants, from romantic gourmet cuisine to casual open air dining.

If you are into snorkeling, St. John has hundreds of beautiful coves where you can explore exotic fish and reef in crystal clear turquoise waters where you can see straight down to the ocean floor. Travel to and from is through St. Thomas, where a private Westin Ferry will pick you up and hop over to St. John in minutes. You actually dock right on the private beach!
