The house has 1,600 sq/ft of centrally air-conditioned living space with two bedrooms on the lower floor, open design kitchen and living area. Master bedroom with a sitting area on the top floor with balcony overlooking the beautiful waters.
The house includes natural landscaping with several outdoor sitting areas, a gazebo, dock and outdoor BBQ, 2 outdoor showers for ultimate relaxation. The dock leads into the crystal clear water on the south side with a perfect white sandy bottom, great for swimming! The House is located roughly 10 minutes by car from George Town and 30 minutes from the airport.
Towels and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are laundry facilities available and even an entertainment center is provided.
