Come enjoy our wonderful family and group-friendly vacation home! Our house is a spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bath with a vaulted-style living room and kitchen area, and plenty of windows with fantastic outdoor views, including peek views of the lake. Two master suites, one with a Jacuzzi tub and the other with walk-in closet and private deck, make this a great getaway for small groups or families. Both suites include California King-size beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk for extra bed space. The 7-person Marquis Destiny hot tub on the back deck is a wonderful place to relax with your fellow guests.
We're a short drive from the Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley ski resorts, and within striking distance of other North Lake Tahoe attractions. Our home has a mud area for your winter gear, a nice big warm cozy fireplace, a 2-SUV garage, and peek views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
In the summer, two large decks, patio furniture, and a grill make for relaxing BBQs amongst the pine trees. The Dollar Point Association (card access provided for our guests) provides a heated pool, tennis courts, private beach, and more. We are just a couple minutes from the quaint shops and beaches of Tahoe City.
Since sometimes the weather doesn't always cooperate with your outdoor plans - and sometimes you just want to hang out - we've furnished our home with a 67" HDTV for a theater-like experience, and a Nintendo Wii with an assortment of all-ages games (including a WiiFit). Stay connected and informed with the high-speed 802.11n Wi-Fi wireless networking. A small "netbook" PC is also included with links to weather, local attractions, and more.
For the kids, there's plenty to do. Our property features a gently sloping, natural-landscaping back yard that's perfect for introducing little ones to winter sledding. We keep an assortment of kids' toys on site, and provide for additional needs with safety gates, humidifiers, and a pack-and-play all on the premises.

We just spent a week in Tahoe for a dear friend's wedding and this house absolutely made the trip! There is plenty of space for everyone, an abundance of amenities, and you can't beat the location. The hot tub is lovely. There views of the lake are stunning. And the owners are so helpful. They've thought of everything. We are definitely coming back!

We just spent a week at this home and absolutely loved it. The owners have thought of everything you could need and the location is perfect with wonderful decks to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub is a great addition and a fun way to end a day. Dollar Point has some great features as well that you get full access to including a private beach, swimming pool, play area, bocce ball, shuffle board, ping pong and more. We were very pleased with our choice of this home and would highly recommend it to others....we can't wait to come back and stay here again next year!!

We are a family of 4 from NZ who stayed at Patrick and Kerri's house for about 2 weeks in Jan 2011. It was a perfect venue for us. Patrick and Kerri were very well organised and excellent to deal with. The house is very well set up and the TV and hot tub were a huge hit with our kids. We arrived at the house after 21 hours of non stop travel and must admit to some trepidation about finding and walking in to a place on the otherside of the world we had never seen before, but the it was really very simple and a pleaseure to walk in to. To us Dollar Point is also an excellent location to base yourself in Tahoe. Basically we can't say enough in support and would highly recommend this propoerty to anyone. Thank you very much to Partick and Kerri for having us.

I surprised my boyfriend with a weekend Birthday getaway and this home was everything we could have wanted and more. It was cozy and truly home away from home. Not stuffy, but relaxed and definitely has all the amenities. We didn't go out to eat even just once as the home offers everything you will need to cook as if you were at home! The hot tub was great. Tahoe City so close, only a little more than an hour from Reno....so perfect for those just wanting to escape for a short weekend getaway. Everything very clean and easy to find. And the home owners have made it so easy to locate things around the home with a helpful binder with instruction! Along with menus from local restaurants in case you feel like going out! Awesome job! Thank you both for allowing us the experience. We will be back very soon!

This home has all the amenities you could ever ask for! We stayed for a few nights in the summer and had such a great time here. One night we didn't go out because we just wanted to enjoy the home - the decks are amazing - cooking on the grill, enjoying the hot tub and it is a short beautiful walk to the lake. Playing WII on the huge tv was a major hit with my daughter and her girlfriend, and me as well! Thanks Kerri for helping to make our stay a vacation we will never forget!
