We loved our stay at topsail and at this condo! Not only was the beach beautiful so was our home. The beach had a beautiful sunrise and a gorgeous sunset. The condo had every comfort of home and was very clean and was decorated in the perfect beach decor. We have nothing but praise to our host and hostess and their accommodations. Very easy access to all the area attractions. Thank you for the use of your home for our vacation. Would highly recommend staying here at anytime of the year.

The house is perfectly located on the north end of topsail. A nice, short morning walk can get you to the end of the island. We were very happy with the rental. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely rent here again. It is a nice set up to share with other couples.

My Husband and I stayed at this rental in early October, 2011. This home has been lovingly decorated and is super clean! It is well represented by the pictures on this site. Just beautiful! We have no complaints about the home at all. Melanie, the owner was so very nice and pleasant to work with while making our plans, thank you Melanie. It is a very quiet location (well at least in October, may be different in the high season) we mostly had the beach to ourselves, loved that! We had a great relaxing stay.

Owner response: Thanks so much Denise for your kind remarks! Sorry, I didn't see this sooner. My husband and I are at the beachhouse now for the long Veteran's Day weekend and are loving it! It is so very laid back and relaxing and we definitely needed a break. It is also very quiet this weekend and while it's not always this quiet, even in the busy summer season, the beach is never over crowded. We have found that most people that visit North Topsail are really interested in kicking back and relaxing - kind of "old time" but very special! Hope to hear from you again someday. What a wonderful place! The description of the townhouse was everything listed and then some. Couldn't ask for a more beautiful place. Perfect location. We watched the dolphins swim by most every day. The weather was beautiful all week. Record breaking temps and no rain! Townhouse was very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked and very beautifully decorated. Owners were very helpful and security deposit was returned very promptly.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Perfect family trip!

Melanie, We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home. Everything was decorated so nicely and everything so clean. It was the perfect place for our family "get away". Having the bedrooms on different floors from the "common areas" made it so convenient for us with our kid's nap schedules. We loved the ocean views from the decks and great beach access. Additionally, there were so many wonderful amenities that we were able to take full advantage of. The only downfall to the trip is that we had to leave. But, hopefully we will be back soon:-) We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation. Thank you tremendously!!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This townhouse is well worth the visit. The location is perfect. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and description. It is decorated just beautiful and fully equiped. The layout is wonderful for privacy with master bedroom on the third floor, and queen and twin bedrooms on the first floor with living space, kitchen, and dining between the two. The views are amazing !!!! The home owners are honest and wonderful people. We feel like we have found a jewel and can't wait to return. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The weather was: Hot and sunny every day except our last day. Some wonderful things we did: We saw dolphins on a cruise from Topsail, rode a horse drawn carriage in Wilmington, did lots of shopping. Whate we saw and discovered: Unfortunately the turtle hospital was closed. Moments & glimpses & little details that mattered: A wonderful time of year to be here! Beautiful, quiet. The weather was: Perfect! Always a breeze - never too hot! Some wonderful things we did: Relaxed, Relaxed, Relaxed! Surfing, long walks, exploring the area, loving the sun! What we saw & discovered: Great Storms! Moments & glimpses & little details that mattered: We made it through Tropical Storms "Bill" and "Danny" with a total of two days of rain! A miracle! The weather was: Great! Some wonderful things we did: Found a lot of sharks teeth, enjoyed boogie boarding and the gazebo during the sunset. Loved watching the fish jump on the sound side. Great vacation - can't wait to come back again!

The weather was: Absolutely beautiful * a little rain one morning, but ended up being a beautiful day! Some wonderful things we did: All day on the beach, enjoy time with one another, castle building, wave jumping, walking on the beach, playing games in the evening. What we discovered and saw: Found a "blue footed boobi" burried in the sand - lol Dolphin in the morning. Moments and glimpses and little details that mattered: Went down to Topsail and explored where I used to vacation. The beach house was absolutely beautiful!!! Well decorated and very clean * we all felt at home! Thanks for sharing your home with us - look forward to returning!

This was a perfect place to welcome home our son from Afghanistan. Beautifully decorated, awesome location!! The view is gorgeous. Every amenity that we could ever want and need in a home! We would definately choose this location again to vacation!

The weather was Fabulous! Sunny on most days - rained two days. Some wonderful things we did: swam, collected shells, walked on the beach, enjoyed food at restaurants. What we saw and discovered: We saw dolphins and baby sharks! At night people walking on the beach with flashlights. Moments & glimpses & little details that mattered: the twins got their first boogy boards, the waves were huge!

The weather was: Great - 90 on Friday - breezy and sunny Some winderful things we did: Kayaking, collecting shells, swimming, walking on the beach, enjoying seafood at several restaurants, reading and coffee on the decks!. Outstanding accommodations - would like to return. Great decorating!

The weather was: Rained the 1st night - we did not at all care!! We still went swimming and enjoyed every minute of it - the rest of our stay was absolutely gorgeous. We want to live here! Some wonderful things we did: Drank coffee on the porch/made fabulous meals/swam & went body surging/took naps on the beach/collected shells & sea glass/some other things that shall go un-mentioned... :) What we saw & discovered: High-tide! *just as we fell asleep* We discovered our ability to forget things really easily! (Ha-ha!) Moments & glimpses & little details that mattered: the decorations..the dinner ware..the dragonfly chairs..the wind chimes..the art on the walls..how neat/clean/well kept everything is..the amazing porches with the amazing view..All of it. HEAVEN!! And oh boy...the sunsets (AMAZING) Some other thoughts: What a beautiful place...We will definitely be back to make some more wonderful memories here. Thank you sooo very much for sharing your beautiful beach house! We Love It Here!!

The weather was: Crystal blue skies with extreme white popcorn clouds and southern breeze! Some wonderful things we did: Long walks on the beach and finding that the sand here is so soft and so clean with the opportunity we all shared of a luscuous full moon simultaneously with an outrageous sunset. What we saw & discovered & little details that mattered: Details in the house have so much care behind them - little proverbs here & there. Kitchen was very well equipped for a rental...and the collection of fine wine corks that is beginning to grow..an appreciation of those before us in a calling card so to speak... Thank you for sharing this wonderful space!

The weather was: Magnificent! Sunny & high 80's No rain! Some wonderful things we did: Rested! Read! Walked! Thanks :) Played tourist in Surf City, explored Island, discovered eateries. Took fantastic pictures. Worked on the tan. What we saw & discovered: Watched the dolphin frolic in the morning. Saw the migration of the butterflies...hundreds of yellow butterflies traveling along the dunes. Moments and glimpses & little details that mattered: Getting away from the office was our main goal....much quiet time was needed...Mission accomplished Some other thoughts: Your beach home is wonderful. We admired it the moment we walked in...well kept, clean, decorated in a cheerful manner and the location is perfect. Thank you for sharing!

The weather was: low - mid 80's, few sprinkles and thunderstorms two days but not enough to keep us off the beach. Some wonderful things we did: Relaxed! watched the dolphins plad, read a lot of books, played scrabble. PERFECT!

The weather was: Unbelievable! Mid 80's - not a cloud in the sky all week. Some wonderful things we did: Shell hunting - found some beauties - in the am. Lots of boogie boarding. At night fishing. Nathan caught a 12" wide sting ray and Kyle hooked 2 baby sharks at the same time. What a highlight to their first beach vacation!

The weather was: Beautifull!! All Week long! Some wonderful things we did: Walked the beach picking up shells, swam for hours, drank sangria & played board games/card games, boogie boards, tourist shopping What we saw and discovered: Local wild life, sea turtle nests, crabs & crab holes on the beach, sharks teeth Moments & Glimpses & little details that mattered: Jake loved the helicopters flying along the beach, sunday night's stormwatching, reading a book on the back deck. Watching Hannah experience the ocean for the first time Some other thoughts: It is a lovely home! We will definitely be back!

The weather was: Georgeous! Rained a couple times but mostly beautiful Some wonderful things we did: Ate great food, walked on the beach, played in the Ocean. Had an awesome time with the family. Relaxed! What we saw & discovered: Baby sharks, crabs, collected many wonderful shells. High Tide is great! Sharks teeth! Moments & Glimpses & little details that mattered: Our son came home from a 7 month tour of duty in Afghanistan for the USMC. Great to have him home! Some other thoughts: Wonderful home!
