I had an awesome time at Rincon. The condo was super clean and the balcony had a spectacular view of the ocean and the mountains. It's close to beaches, restaurants and shopping centers. I just wish I had stayed a few more days, next time for sure!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

nice place for two couples or small family, very comfortable and good location to take in rincon and all the surrounding beaches.road side food in p.r. is awesome and affordable don't hesitate to try it.the locals are very friendly and many of our conversations started in spanish but turned into english.i've been to p.r. many times and this place was one if not the best we stayed at.turned the air conditioner on once and froze with the balconey door open very nice breeze flow in for the month of march.we will stay here again for sure.thanks again my friends in rincon for the memories...Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is our third winter staying at the condo. It is a place where you can relax and feel comfortable. It is beautiful and the view is spectacular. It is so nice to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the lanai. You can cross the street and purchase delicious smoothies at BananaDang and have a dinner at the Lazy Parrot. The pool is perfect for kids and adults to swim after a long day at the beach. Everyone is friendly and accomodating! I highly recommend this condo to stay and enjoy Rincon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I have stayed here twice and must say it is a beautiful, convienent, quiet place that i will return to until i buy my own place in rincon!! The place was as described but the pictures can't do this place justice. The breeze blowing through the living room was so wonderful we were never too hot! We only used the AC at night on low & even then turned it off in the middle of the night. The master bathroom was huge, the shower was easy to climb in & out with a torn meniscus! Coming & going from the condo was super easy & we felt secure! We ate at Banana Dang across the street every morning. I can't say enough about this place...STAY! You will NOT regret it! I just got back from staying at this condo and I can tell you that not only is it a beautiful place to stay, but it is also one of the best locations in Rincon! It is directly across the street from the Lazy Parrot which is a great restaurant and bar. We ate breakfast everyday at the Banana Dang which has something called the green bowl (I don't know what's in it but it's delicious). The view from the condo's wrap around deck is phenomenal! The bed's are super comfortable and the breeze that comes through the living room is like a dream. It has air condition but my bet is you're not going to use it too much. You can tell the owner put a lot of work into this unit to make people feel comfortable while they are on vacation. If you are going to Puerto Rico I would highly recommend staying here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo is a true gem in Rincon. Our original accomodations fell through but James was there to rescue us. Within 2 hours of contacting the owner we were sitting on the patio enjoying the view and the breeze. The condo is brand new, secure and in tip-top shape. My wife and I spent each night on the patio while the kids enjoyed the pool. During the week you virtually have the whole building to yourself. When we come back we know we've got a place to stay.Owner response: I am glad I was able to show a southern gentleman and his family some northern hospitality! You are a welcome back anytime! heyyyyyyy, this is such a nice place to stay when you wanna get away and relax from your horrible life. this is a spectacular place with a wonderful view and beach. there is a pool right outdoors and the apartments are sexy with the zebra pillows .
