This home is spacious enough for a large group, but is also perfect for an intimate week in paradise. The large kitchen with freestanding island opens to the dining area, creating an entertainer's dream space. This free flow pours into the sunken living room, where guests can watch one of 5 flat screens HDTV’s, set the stereo controls for the kitchen, living area and the outdoors, or simply relax and gaze out though floor to ceiling glass onto the spacious backyard.

Once outside guests can enjoy the large free-form pool, BBQ at the gas grill, eat at the covered dining table, or regroup around the gas glass fire pit. Completely secluded and private, with 17 palm trees on the 1/4 acre property, guests will feel rejuvenated as they sit on the raised sundeck and watch the sunset over the San Jacinto Mountains.

The huge master suite, which has direct access to the outdoor space, includes its own private bath with original terrazzo floors and original terrazzo step down shower. Each bedroom is outfitted with a flat screen HDTV and DVD player, DIRECTV and HBO. The guest suite off the kitchen has its own private bathroom and has direct access to the pool and the outdoors.

This vacation home is only 3 minutes from downtown, shopping, all the best restaurants, casinos and nightlife that Palm Springs has to offer. This private oasis is the perfect retreat for anyone that is looking to relax and enjoy the best that the Desert has to offer.
