SKI ALL DAY AND “CHILL OUT” AT NIGHT in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains in this 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath condo located at the Oaks at Wasatch Condos.
The location is perfect for Skiers, Mountain Bikers, Hikers and Outdoor Enthusiasts. It is located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains between the 2 best canyons for skiing. Big Cottonwood Canyon offers Solitude and Brighton ski resorts; (About 12 miles or 20 minutes). Little Cottonwood Canyon has Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts, local’s favorite; (about 10 miles or 20 minutes). Access to the freeway is close and it is easy to travel to Park City (30 minutes away) and Deer Valley Ski Resort. If you prefer not to drive, the Ski Bus Stop to both canyons is basically a walk across the street.
Ski, Snowmobile, Cross Country Ski, Snowshoe, Sled, Skate, Dine and Shop. They are all within minutes from this area. In the spring, you know you really have had a great day when you ski in the morning and golf in the afternoon. Old Mill Golf Course is just 3 minutes from this condo.
The condo has a 3 car garage, parking for 2 cars inside, but 3 cars for off street parking. The living area has vaulted ceilings and is spacious in size, yet has a cozy feel to it. The floor to ceiling Cobblestone gas fireplace is a great place to gather in the evening and play games and watch Direct TV. It has a formal dining area (table seats 8-10). The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils.
The upstairs has 4 bedrooms that can sleep 8. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, adjoining bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and 2 sinks. It also has Direct TV, DVD and VHS. The Large front Bedroom has been set up with a queen bed, the Middle Bedroom has 2 singles. A bathroom is located in the hall between 2 of the bedrooms. The 4th Bedroom, has a balcony where you can open the door, walk out and see the breath-taking view of the mountains. It has a queen-sized bed. A full bathroom is attached to this bedroom.
Enjoy a nice long, relaxing dip in the hot tub, after skiing, located on the deck. The Gas Barbeque Grill is also located on the deck.
