Come on in! Our condo is beautiful, relaxing and waiting for you! The double sets of sliding doors come together to create a frame for your view of the Gulf of Mexico, and open to the deck dining area. The beachfront pool is just steps away! There are grills available beside our boardwalk to the beach, with seating to relax with friends and family while getting ready to enjoy your meals either on the beach or on the deck.
Our condo has been remodeled, and has a full-size washer/dryer set in the utility room in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to spend as much or as little time in as you choose. The bedrooms are fabulous and the bathroom is great! There is an owners' and guests' only pier on the Little Lagoon for crabbing, fishing, birding, boating or just watching the sunsets.

There is a gulf view as well as a lagoon view from it's deck, and deeded beach access directly across the two lane beach road.

- There are several Art Centers located in our area, with works displayed by various local artists and festivals year-round. There are fabulous dolphin-cruises and charter services for boating and fishing. If gambling is your thing the casinos are within a short drive or you can take one of the chartered daytrip buses. Just a short drive will also get you to the NAS Pensacola and their wonderful museum. If you go, try to get a retired aviator as your guide, they can really bring the museum to life for you! There is such a variety of entertainment in our area, you're sure to find something of interest should you have a rainy afternoon to fill or just need a break from the calm of our shores.

Fall (week after Labor Day-Dec 1) $125/night $600/week $1000/month
Peak = Summer $160/night-$1000/week Spring = $150/night-$750/wk
Fees are as follows: 10% tax, $75 cleaning fee/$139 if stay is a month or more
$150 security deposit. Deposit + 1/2 charges required to hold dates.
For reservations less than one month prior, balance is due on reservation.
