Great stay at this cozy beach cottage! Our kids enjoyed playing in the back yard and riding bikes to the beach and into town. Nancy was very helpful in setting up the rental. We look forward to returning again.

A little late in getting this review in, but better than not at all. This was our second time at this perfect house, Linda from San Diego and me from Cottonwood meet in the middle once a year. This is the best place for fun on the beach relaxing in the fenced dog safe yard and watching the weekend fly by way too fast! I couldn't recommend this vacation rental more highly!

Just got back from our weekend stay in Cayucos. The rental was so cozy and just perfect for us. The backyard was so nice, loved spending the mornings out there. This was our first time in Cayucos, the neighborhoods were so nice and everyone we met was very friendly, also it was just and easy drive to both Cambria and Morro Bay. Our vist time to use VRBO and thank you Jim and Nancy for making our first time perfect. We are in love with Cayucos and your Beach Cottage. It was so nice to be able to walk around town, so close to the beach and your beach house is so cozy...we were so relaxed. Thanks again - can't wait to make another trip

Our 50+ years friends vacation week at the Beach Cottage was a hugh success. The three of us had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return in the fall. It was certainly relaxing and the weather was terrific. We did get a little tsunami scare the last day of our stay. Never in the fifty years or so that I have been vacationing in Cayucos have we ever had a tsunami warning. Wild, let me tell you. The Beach Cottage was great. It has everything you need and more. My childhood friend of 50 years and I get together on the coast once a year. We rented this wonderful, cute house in April of 2010, and it was the best we could have hoped for! Short walk to the beach, dog friendly and we had the best time! Lynda, Linda, Gatsby, and Friz B.
