  This was our 4th visit to this wonderfun house! That pretty much tells the tale that we love it! Friend Linda and dog Jost from So CA., and me and dog Buck,from N. CA meet once a year and this is OUR destination. The house is so perfect! The backyard perfectly pet safe, with secure fencing all around, beautiful flowers, grass and a patio with BBQ. The only thing to add is the margaritas. The house is very well supplied with CD player, flat screen TV, DVD player & games. Comfortable beds, and plenty of linens and blankets. A short easy walk to the dog friendly beach for all the things anyone could want to do at the beach. Cayucos has charming little restaurants, and is very close to wine tasting and charming Cambria, and Harmony with its beautiful pottery. The Halls have done wonderful job of maintaining this cozy house and are so easy to work with. Thank you Jim and Nancy!

  We will definitely book this cottage again. Of all the rentals we have stayed in, this is by far one of the best ! They had everything we needed for the perfect getaway! My favorites were the huge backyard to relax in and the very short walk to the beautiful beach, and we can't forget the great rate! We booked last minute and the owners were very easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage with us!

  This place is a nice beach cottage to stay. It has a sizable backyard for kids and dogs. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary utensils needed for cooking up a relaxing meal. There is a BBQ for grilling. You are only a block from the beach access which happens to be one of the best beach access points in Cayucos. We will stay at this rental again and also tell our friends and family about it. With Hotel prices high at the coast this cottage has everything one would need for a quiet, relaxing stay.

  Very nice and cozy. Quiet neighborhood and loved being able to bring my babies! ( maltese doggy) Thank you, loved every minute of it :)

  As expected, I had a relaxing few days in Cayucos at thisl residence. This house is in a great location. We were literally a couple of blocks from the beach. The house itself has a nice backyard and is well equipped. My only gripe is the TV. It was outdated and very small. Otherwise the house and location fit us perfectly. The owners were easy to work with.

  We had a wonderful week in Cayucos with our two dogs. The backyard was perfect for them and we were able to walk one block to the beach every day. We would definitely rent the house again.

  We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation and can't wait to come back! We loved the location - minutes walk from the beach and close to main street. The house was cozy and comfortable with great space for relaxing in the front yard and a large, private back yard for our kids to run around in. Jim and Nancy were always quick to respond and answer all of my questions and made the rental process exceptionally easy. We're already starting to think about a trip back next year!

  Wonderful little cottage and was perfect for our weekend of family obligations. Loved the house, beds were comfortable, front sitting area great and huge back yard also great too. We have rented several houses over the past years and loved this one! Thank you Jim and Nancy!

  Our 3rd year here and would not consider any other place. Easy walk to the dog friendly beach, everyone we meet is so nice. The house is perfect, nothing could be better if you are looking for a cozy place to stay while visiting the wine country and the other wonderful spots in the area.   Great stay at this cozy beach cottage! Our kids enjoyed playing in the back yard and riding bikes to the beach and into town. Nancy was very helpful in setting up the rental. We look forward to returning again.
