The family room/kitchen great room is approx. 700 square feet, perfect for entertaining. 60" hdtv, antique pool table, Bose sound system, high speed Wi-Fi, incredible kitchen.
The family room opens onto a secluded 1400 square foot bricked in patio with a covered spa, table and seating, and a gas barbeque.
There are four bedrooms, three of which have their bathroom. The master bedroom is approx. 400 sq. ft. with a large adjoining bathroom containing a 5'x5' shower and a walk in closet.

It' only about five blocks to walk or ride our bikes to the restaurant district, and about the same to to go to the Hotel Del Coronado. We have four bikes and a tandem for you to enjoy all the sights in Coronado.
The weather in Coronado is ho-hum gorgeous most of the year. Take advantage of the so called "winter months" and save thousands! Also avoid the crowds at the numerous attractions in San Diego. Take it from a 40 year resident.
