Beautiful condo on a quiet, calm area of the lake. The unit is 1,800 square feet and includes 3 large bedrooms with 3 large bathrooms and a loft for the kids to enjoy games and movies. The loft includes an assortment of games and books for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items found in your own kitchen at home including an ice/water dispenser in the freezer door. Linens and towels are provided as well as paper products, and soaps for the bathrooms, dishwasher and clothes washer.
There are TV's located in each bedroom with a large TV, VCR, & DVD player in the living room and 35" TV and DVD player in the loft. The gas fireplace makes this condo perfect for an ideal get-a-way any time of the year.
The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, vaulted ceiling and a private bath with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and has a private door to the hall bathroom which includes a shower. The third bedroom is located in the 800 sq ft loft, includes a queen sized bed and has it's own large bathroom including a shower. From the loft you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake through large windows.
Our boat slip, which measures 12 x 32, and is included in the price. If you don't have your own boat, there are several rental places nearby.
Sliding doors open from both the living room and the master bedroom onto a deck overlooking the lake. Patio furniture and a gas grill make the deck a great place to eat, sunbathe or relax.
One of the two swimming pools at Clearwater Condominiums is located just a short walk down the beautifully landscaped sidewalk along the lake front. The large decks around the pools include tables, chairs and lounge chairs for your use.
We are just 2 miles of paved roads off Highway 54, and located just one cove over from Old Kinderhook Golf Course which is home to the award winning Plaza III Steakhouse.
