There is a clubhouse available to rent for family reunions, weddings, and anniversaries.
Seagrove Beach is only minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and sightseeing within walking or bicycle distance.

Love our Seaside stays @ Beachwood Villas!

This was our 3rd year to escape to 30A. We are so grateful for all the wonderful memories we make here! This was also our 3rd year @ BWV, but our first time to go through VRBO. We are now so glad we did! The owner of this unit is super and had nice touches throughout the unit. Our kids loved reading the journal of other's beach stays and we all enjoyed the decor which my 3 year old described best by saying "it makes me feel happy"! We particularly enjoyed the tiled floors and all the new patio furniture. There are even patio shades and hooks for drying towels. Many helpful items like this really add up and make for a worry free time. Our little one said just yesterday "maybe we should go to the condo today".....oh how I wish, but there's always next summer!

A great clean place to stay! We loved the bright beachy decor and the beautiful stone floors. It is conveniently located in the middle of Seagrove, with a Tom Thumb store and various restaurants nearby. It is also a very short walk away from the boardwalk that takes you to the beach. Within the Beachwood villas complex it is close to the tennis courts and pool areas! The owner was very nice and promptly responded to our questions-great communication. We would recommend this condo to family & friends and would definitely consider returning.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This condo was perfect for a quick escape from Atlanta. It was very close to the beach- with a quick walk across the street and down the boardwalk stairs. The beach in Seagrove is quiet and peaceful. Good for families or grown-ups who want a calm vacation. Easy access to Panama City Beach or Destin for fun activities! Will be returning in the future.

Our family highly recommends Unit 8C in Beachwood Villas - for us it felt like a home away from home! Spring Break in Seagrove Beach is becoming a tradition with our family. This year, we were happy to discover the owner-rented units and stayed in Unit 8C from March 28 to April 4, 2009. Unit 8C is very nicely decorated, bright, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We loved the furniture and all the beach-home and personal decorations - books, videos and magazines. This was our 3rd year to visit Seagrove Beach and to stay in Beachwood Villas. In 2007 and 2008, we rented a 2nd floor/3-bedroom/2-bath unit through the rental company. From Beachwood Villas, the beach is a short walk across the street and the beach is very clean and never has been crowded. This year, we saw two weddings on the beach! Unit 8C has a beautiful view of the landscaped common areas and we love using the tennis courts and the pools in the complex. Unit 8C is in walking and biking distance to Seaside, Watercolor, and the local shops and restaurants (Tom Thumb, bike and beach rentals, clothing stores, pizza buffet). We especially enjoyed talking personally with the unit owner - checking-in to let her know we arrived and how welcoming their unit is - and - then receiving a call from the owner with unit check-out updates. We hope to be able to return to Seagrove Beach and that Unit 8C will be available. Next time, we will make reservations in advance - this year we waited until a late date to confirm our plans and we were lucky to discover Unit 8C! Thank you for allowing us to share your beach home.

Great little condo with nice, clean, bright beachy decor and an easy walk to the beach. Very short bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. The beach was practically private...not crowded at all. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Definitely going back.
