The large living and dining areas both open onto the terrace, and there is an expansive open plan kitchen with maple cabinets, granite countertops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, plus all the accessories to accommodate your needs. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxurious linens and large closets, and a TV enclosed in a classical armoire. The ensuite master bathroom features a large relaxing tub, a separate travertine shower, double vanity with plenty of storage and an illuminated mirror. There is also an elegant half-bath for added convenience. An elevator takes you directly to your suite entrance.
The Villa Renaissance is a 36 unit exclusive, high-end condominium complex located in the heart of Grace Bay. The complex has tennis court, gym, mosaic pool and jacuzzi all set in beautifully maintained grounds. There is also a spa adjacent to the property. The complex is only 15 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of many of Provo's finest restaurants. Saltmills and Regent Grand shopping plazas are both close by, and a new, well-stocked supermarket is only a 10 minute walk.

Comfortable, beautiful unit with the best view of them all. Villa renaissance has alot of palms within the front yard facing the ocean, so I was happy this unit sits above that and looks at the ocean. The deck is the best part. It's wide and has everything you need. The bed is super comfy. Air conditioning unit is super quiet. We never heard much at all from other units around us. Kitchen is sweet to use to have breakfast in and snacks in.. Very clean. Thanks Mel for the use of the cell phone, that came in handy for calling cabs. Villa renaissance provides a fair amount of chairs with umbrellas at the beach. Coral gardens for snorkeling was a long walk of about 45 min, so we took a cab. Many restraints are within walking distance, so is shopping and grocery store. While the unit is very expensive, it is well worth it. Loved that all the doors open to include the living room with the deck. The sound of the water is terrific and loud. The view is the best ever!

My wife and I recently stayed in this penthouse condo in late July 2011. As everyone has stated the views from the condo balcony were incredible. We travel to a different island each year in the Caribbean and this is by far the nicest condo we have rented from VRBO. It is well appointed and has an awesome kitchen and a huge bedroom, bathroom, and closet areas. Mel and Nicola were very easy to work with. Mel was excellent and came by each day plus stayed until 10PM to greet us and tour the condo on our arrival night. The complex is small and quaint and everyone on property was very friendly. The condo kitchen has pleny of untensils and accessories and all are in very good condition. I can't say enough about the Villa Renaissance and this penthouse condo. We would definitely recommend it and hope to come back in the future.

My wife and I stayed in this suite April 25-30, 2011 for our honeymoon. Nicola was easy to work with when booking the suite, and the transaction went very smoothly. Upon arrival, Mel was waiting for us next to the swimming pool with a smile. She promptly summoned someone to help with our bags, which we greatly appreciated because we had packed quite a lot. Mel showed us to the suite, answered all of our questions, and left us with a cell phone to use to call her. We made use of that phone a few times, and Mel was always on the other end and willing to help us with reservations or whatever we needed. Like the other's who have posted reviews here, we were AMAZED by the view. The pictures here do not do it justice. I took several panoramic images from the balcony of the beach and waters below. It was just so breathtaking. My wife and I could not have asked for a more romantic place to spend our honeymoon. The beach and pool were never crowded. It was wonderful. We have plans to return to Providenciales and this suite someday. We were very sad to leave our island paradise. Thanks, Mel, Nicola, and everyone at Villa Renaissance for making our honeymoon so memorable!

stayed in this unit july 2010. Absolutely incredible in all aspects. clean, big, great balcony, comfy bed, great ocean view, cathedral ceilings, huge shower. The beach access had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, etc. and OMG, the beach. INCREDIBLE. Nicola was great from the start. Prompt email return, was waiting at the resort on arrival, answered every question, gave us her phone number just in case we had any questions, and provided us with a cell phone just in case we had to get in touch with her. I cant say enough about this experience. Since then i have been to a few other condos in the Carribean. None have come close to the experience i had here. I will be back.

My wife and I stayed at this penthouse in March, 2011. Stunning views only just starts to sum it up. The main view is absolutely breathtaking (worth the price alone - if nothing else). The rooms and furnishings and bed etc are all that you would expect of this first class and very classy property. Thoroughly recommended. Mr. B. & Mrs. M. Flynn. MBE.

We stayed in this high end condo the 2nd week in February 2011. We have been to Turks several times but this condo beats all the others we've rented. The photos don't do the unit proper justice. Upon arrival, Nicola was waiting for us out front and showed us around the condo/property. When she opened the door (and everytime we opened the door thereafter) all I could say was WOW to the gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other and all share the wall of windows that lead out to the beautiful balcony. The sliding doors all push into the living room wall which makes the view that much more awesome. The furnishings are nicely done, the kitchen well appointed, the soaking tub a welcome treat. floors and counter tops beautiful and there is a lot of space. Mel did a great job keeping the place spotless and was delightful. Nicola was very helpful in finding my husbands luggage which was taken by a person who did not bother to read the three tags hanging from it. The property was peaceful and very well taken care of. There is a small poolside bar which was very convenient. The pool are was gorgeous but we didn't spend a lot of time there because the beach is what continually draws us back to Grace Bay. This condo is in a very convenient location as we were able to walk to several restaurants, shops and the grocery store (a small pull along cart is even provided in the condo) I can't think of anything negative to say. We would definitely stay here again.
