This 22nd floor unit has the Living Room and Master Bedroom opening up to your own private balcony with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit includes nine foot ceilings, Granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances with breakfast bar, dining room, living room, terrace with electric grill, Plasma TV’s throughout, wireless high speed internet in the lobby or Cat-5 connections in the kitchen and bedrooms.
The Sterling Breeze property offers a 2000 square foot heated tropical pool and whirlpool spa, state of the art fitness center, fire pit, umbrella and beach chairs service, secure covered parking, poolside internet and wine bar, beachside services, wave runners, parasailing, etc. Right on the beach.
The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the Gulf of Mexico and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless appliances. It’s fully stocked with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal or prepare burgers for the grill.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats six at the table with four more at the breakfast bar. It offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade the favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.
The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment console contains a 42-inch plasma television that is equipped with basic local cable television as well as a DVD player and stereo system.
The MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath. The room opens up to your private balcony and is beautifully and professionally decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. The oversized dresser includes a 32-inch plasma TV and DVD player.
The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious queen-size bed and private bath. The room has a sweeping view of Lullwater Lake, West Bay and Pier Park. The oversized dresser includes a 32-inch plasma TV and DVD player.
The BUNK BEDROOM is a kid friendly suite with a set of twin bunks. There is a dresser for the kid’s clothes and a flat screen TV with DVD player. This bunk BEDROOM is a seperate room with a door...not in a hallway!
The unit includes a Washer and Dryer which is conveniently located off the kitchen. There is also an ironing board and iron for your convenience.
Age Requirements - Must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Valid IDs are required at check-in.
Sterling Breeze is also located near Frank Brown Park where many youth athletic tournaments are scheduled throughout the year. Simply go through Pier Park and cross Back Beach Road.
Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PETS are allowed!

We have rented from this owner twice. Both times, we have been extremely satisfied. It is very clean and has everything that you need for a perfect vacation. The condo is very spacious and had more than enough room for my family of five. You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo. We will be renting this condo again on our next vacation to PCB.

My family just got back from pcb July23-july30 2011. Rooms were awesome, everything in pictures is better than it looks. Short walk down the beach to pier and then across the street to great shopping and good eats. This was the best vacation my family has had in years. We can not wait to come back again.

My wife, our son and myself spent December 5-12, 2010 in this perfect condo! Upon arrival, we found the unit much nicer and larger than the photos suggest. Comfortable beds, HUGE walk in showers, wonderful kitchen, great TVs, DVDs and stereo system, roomy living area, large balcony with a great electric grill...what more could you ask? And, of course, the view dreams are made of! Parking across the street was a breeze with an enclosed all weather walkway over the street. Great exercise room and a lovely pool and whirlpool, both heated for the cool (and in our case COLD months). But even with an unusual cold December we still used the pool and the balcony everyday, Fortunately, the wind was coming from the north and most of what we got on the balcony was sun! In our opinionm the location of Sterling Breeze is second to none. We spent a lot of time at Pier Park Mall,which is within sight of the condo. This is a very nice shopping, eating and entertainment Mall and everthing was open and running! Had the opportunity to meet Mike Huckabee at a book signing at the Mall..just a little bonus! This was our first visit to Panama City Beach in 20 years, but thanks to Sterling Breeze and the nice owners of this unit, we hope to be back! It was great!

My wife and I stayed at this condo from 6/12 to 6/19 with 3 children, the place was awesome, the owners were pleasant to deal with. We didn't rent condo till the night before arriving, i was some what worried we would arrive and there would be no room, but there was and everything was as pictured. We had a great time. Very nice place to stay even during spring break. The owners are great to work with. In all the best vacation we've had in PCB in a long time. The only down side would be the amount of seating around the pool. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay. Look forward to seeing you again.

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. The unit was beautiful and the complex is awesome. We really enjoyed the Wine Bar at the pool, we had lunch there almost everyday. Also, the owners are great people, very accommodating. We look forward to next year.
