This is a very spacious home, boasting nearly 3200 sq/ft and comfortably accommodates 10 in the five bedroom and 3.5 baths. This home is well equipped with all required equipment and amenities for you and your family. Home is beautifully decorated and features Maple wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, gas stove, new fridge with ice maker.

Desert Retreat offers a big screen 50 inch Plasma HDTV TV with home theater system in the family room for your viewing entertainment. Home is perfect for entertaining, dinning in either the kitchen area or formal dinning room, or just relaxing in the family room, patio or great room.

The large master suite provides for a retreat within a retreat with it's own private balcony with mountain views, king size bed, large shower, tub, his and her vanity, very large walk-in closet. Main floor hosts one of the bedrooms with its own large bathroom and is just off the pool area and would accommodate anyone physically challenged. The remainder of the bedrooms are on the second story and are all equipped with queen sized beds and all are provided with fresh linens.

The home is in a gated community and walking distance to the newly built shopping area which includes Win-Co, Home Depot, Super Target, Walgreens, just to name a few.

The desert area has many great golf course with the closest being the Terra Lago Golf Course (the former home of the Skins Game) and offers some of the most picturesque and challenging golf in the desert. Located just minutes from your front door, the spacious golf clubhouse includes a restaurant, pro-shop and complete practice facility. With 36 holes to choose from.

  • We stayed at this property for almost a week at the end of October of 2009. We didn't have a single complaint about the property. We'd rent it again and we miss the pool so much already that we're hoping to get back there again soon!

  • Stayed at this home first week of December 2008. This home is very well decorated and maintained. Location is ideal for golfing and or shopping. Huge pool with spa makes this an ideal spot for couples or families. Lots of room to relax and enjoy your time. Would definately stay here again.
