Very nicely updated and clean house in Naples Park. So convenient to shopping, dining, and beach. About a mile and a half walk to Vanderbilt Beach (if driving, park in the convenient parking deck a block away). Very comfortable and clean home. Everything you need to make for a great vacation! Garage door opener was a little tempermental as well as the cable but I am sure the owners will take care of that before the next guests.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Batteries have ability to die and should be replaced when it happened. That’s what is done….hope this won't prevent Jeff from coming back!

This was all in all a great vacation home! We're familiar with the Naples/west coast Florida area and have been in other vacation homes but this one was one of the better places we've stayed. All the interiors were new and updated which is always a plus! The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed - a couple of dirty silverware/plates were found in the drawers, but nothing too bad. There were oodles of towels in the fully equipped laundry room, which really came in handy from all the swimming we did in the pool - very awesome indeed! The beds were comfortable and the grill out back by the pool area made for some great burger/hotdog afternoons. The owners were very helpful and made the transaction easy. Nice neighborhood. Conveinent location, close to shopping centers and beaches. Easy access to where ever you want to go. The house is clean, spacious, up to date and well maintained. The pool is great! Roman is super to deal with and we had our deposit returned quickly.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The house was nice, spacious and clean. The pool was clean and nice. The mattress in the second bedroom needs to be replaced.(hard and concave with two people rolling towards the center)The price was alot cheaper than 3 hotel rooms for the week and there was plenty of room for the family to sit around the table and talk. Location was convient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

From the time we booked this house with Roman, we knew it would be great. We stayed for a week in May and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful, Maria, from the management company could not have been more helpful. The pool was private and a delight. Everything we needed was at our disposal. The home is in an ideal location and we are looking forward to returning in the fall. I have already contact Roman to tell him to hold our dates.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My husband and I just returned from a week at this wonderful home. The home itself was more than we had hoped for. The pool and lanai were private and one of the best we have experienced. The location could not be better. Close to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. When we did have a question, Maria, from the management company was so helpful and gracious. This whole experience made this a number one pick for future visits. We are going to be heading back to Naples in the fall and hope to be able to book this home again. Roman has been a pleasure to deal with since day one and we are so pleased. Thank you for everything. We stayed in Roman's villa in January 2010 for a week. The villa is stunning with a massive super king-size bed to die for. The property has everything you would possibly need, and at a very high standard. Its well located just off the freeway in a very quite road. The swimming pool was nice and warm and not overlooked, my 2 year old daughter loved it. located in Naples about 10 minutes drive to the beautiful old town and magnificent Vanderbilt beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Naples Zoo is about a 5 minute drive and defiantly worth a visit. If you really want to see how the other half live take the Naples Princess from the Tin City Harbor next to the old town which is a luxury 2 hour cruise. Or drive to Everglades city and take the Everglades National park cruise where the dolphins come and play around the side of the boat. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this villa to everyone. The house is on the sunny side of one of Naples Park's quiet streets. It still looks and feels very new - as some of the other reviewers have reported, and the interior furnishings are of a high standard. The pool is bigger than most we've used (and we've stayed at a few rental properties in the Naples area), but the outdoor dining furniture is getting a little tired, and the lanai would benefit from a ceiling fan (minor niggles for us). The house also benefits from being easy walking distance to SushiThai and Randy's Fish Market - excellent local restaurants, and less than 5min drive to both Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins beaches. Roman (the agent) was a joy to deal with and responded helpfully to all of our queries before and during our stay - even installing an additional TV in the master bedroom. The maid service also responded fantastically to help us when we foolishly locked ourselves out one day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will add this property to our favourites.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This is a wonderful property! It is a short drive to the beach and shopping. We rented it in March 2009 and found it very clean and relaxing. The swimming pool was great! Our children loved the place. Roman was very easy to deal with and quick to return the security deposit. We are already talking about renting this property again. What a wonderful week we had! The house was even nicer than in the pictures. So new, pleasant and tasteful, so comfortable and tidy! Also, the pool was great! The home was very close to the beach , shopping and restaurants . Our son would have swam in the pool all week and been happy . Home is well stocked , the beach chairs , umbrella , and the pool toys were a great bonus ! The beds were the most comfortable beds in any rental we've ever stayed - what a refreshing surprise .
