Situated directly across from the pool, yet set far back from the road, you have the perfect location. It has breathtaking golf course and mountain views across the back.
It is on the ground level so you won’t have to worry about carrying all of your bulky items up a flight of stairs. The photos shown were personally taken from our unit. The one-car garage is available for use during your stay.
You can have the entire Villa of over 2,000 sq ft to yourselves or share it with another family, yet keep the units separate with two outside entries, all at one rate. The Junior Suite includes a private patio, King Bed, full bath, walk-in closet, private sitting room with sofa sleeper, desk and mini fridge. The Master Suite includes a large bedroom with two Queen beds, full bath, walk-in closet and a full living area.
There is a second private patio off from the living room and Master Suite that puts you right next to the open spaces that overlook the mountains and golf course. There is a sofa sleeper and fireplace in the living room, along with beautiful Southwest furniture and décor with a fully appointed kitchen. Adding to the area is a large laundry room and additional ½ bath.
Carefree and Cave Creek are charming “Old West” style towns with everything you need including shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and outdoor activities such as hiking and horseback riding. Golf courses are abundant in the area.
For those that want to venture outside of the immediate area, Scottsdale and Phoenix are close by and Sedona, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon are easy destinations to reach for additional exploring. Plan to spend a day at the beautiful and popular Canyon Lake, or Saguaro, Apace, or Bartlett lakes.
If desired, the Carefree Resort is nearby and has many amenities for your use including the Spa, fitness center, tennis courts, and restaurant. You can even order room service if you don’t feel like going out or cooking. Wireless Internet is included so you can always be in touch with work, friends, and family.
