We invite you to come and stay in our light bright and airy condo in the gated, and spacious Silver Sands Racquet Club. Our condo has much for you to enjoy. We're just steps away from pool & spa #10. It is fully furnished, impeccably clean, lovely granite countertops, ceramic tile floors and plantation shutters throughout, vaulted high ceilings, all the amenities of home. The beautiful custom furniture throughout is enhanced by designer wall colors and decor. The private desirable south facing patio is beautifully desert landscaped, complete with a gas BBQ and accent lighting to provide a serene setting for outdoor dining.
The location of the Silver Sands Racquet Club is a feature that can not be beat! It is adjacent to the Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa complete with two golf courses. Across the street is the world-class Desert Willows Golf Resort featuring two fabulous courses, practice facility and lovely indoor and outdoor restaurant. The golf courses of La Quinta and PGA West courses are nearby as are the many dining choices of Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. Shopping at “El Paseo” in Palm Desert along with the McCallum Theatre for the Performing Arts are only a few of the many attractions nearby.
The Silver Sands Racquet Club includes 16 pools/spas, 10 sunken lighted tennis courts with a resident tennis pro available for lessons. Our condo is a “home away from home” and we invite you visit, and enjoy the sun-filled relaxing desert in our sun filled home!

I had an awesome time at this condo, which shouldn't even be called a condo since its more like a home. It had everything I could need like extra towels and washer/dryer plus everything I could want like an assortment of popular DVDs and a pool and spa right off the sliding back door. I felt right at home and there is no reason to leave but of course we did to see the sights. There were bikers and golfers everywhere and we went to Desert Street Faire open on the weekends and the outlet stores. We enjoyed the local eateries like Bella Vita and the place everyone was talking about, Dan's Pizza, all wonderful. I would recommend this condo to anyone coming from far away or other Californians like me, an LA girl!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

I spent the Thanksgiving holiday here with my family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa which is bascially private because we didn't see anyone else there. The temperature was 80s in the day and cooler in the evening. The furnishing are modern and very tasteful. The kitchen is a full working kitchen you wouldn't expect in a condo and had everything my own kitchen at home has and more. The owners thoughtfully prepared a book of local activities and attractions for renters. We enjoyed the Living Desert and the tour of the windmills. The area is conducive to walking which we did everyday to the Marriott resort. We passed the many tennis courts in the complex which were all available any time of the day or night. Both king and queen size beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely time in this A+ condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Thank you for showing us your Palm Desert home yesterday. Very nice! By far one of the better ones we've seen in the Silver Sands.Your home is lovely, perfectly located, well decorated, uncluttered, and CLEAN!!. Although our plans have changed and we are not able to stay, I will keep your phone number and e-mail address. About the owner: My husband and I currently live and work in Northern CA. We have two adult sons and enjoy golfing in the desert and spending time at our home away from home whenever we get the opportunity.

We love the location. Central for golf plus we're within a tennis club. What could be better? The complex is so spacious allowing for great mountain and palm tree views.
