Beautiful and well maintained. This is my private mountain retreat, so its got plenty of extras including HD DTV and wireless internet to keep connected to outside world. Only a short drive to downtown Helen and historic Sautee. A private and large 1.5 acre lot with the beautiful rushing Chattahoochee river in backyard for tubing or trout fishing. Fire pit located near the river for relaxing bonfires.
This place is perfect for more than one family, there are bedrooms and full baths on all three floors. Basement is meant for entertaining with darts, pool, air hockey, and cocktail table.
Private natural stone pathway to river. The river is perfect for tubing or play. Its very wide but shallow enough you can easily walk, play, fish or just sit and let rush by you.
Since my pets are part of family I understand you want to enjoy the mountains with yours. Reasonable pets acceptable with extra deposit.
