Our Florida vacation cottage is on a quiet residential, pedestrian friendly street with very little traffic. Clearwater Beach is only a 15 minute drive, Sunset Point is only 7 minutes where you can sit and watch the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Honeymoon and Caladesi islands are just North of Clearwater (the most exotic of the Gulf Coast Beaches).
Disney World and Sea World are only 90 minutes drive and Busch Gardens amusement and Nature Park is 45 minutes.
The lovely quaint town of Dunedin is right next door where you will find antique stores, art galleries, upscale boutiques and fine dining. Jog, walk or bike along the Pinellas trail (a 47 mile recreational trail). Take a sunset dinner cruise off Clearwater Beach or go on a boat ride to do some dolphin sighting.
Our Home is available from May to December. Come and enjoy the warm water and soft powdery sands of Clearwater Beach.
This property is ideal for a retired couple wishing to enjoy the cooler weather in Florida from September to December.

Why the Owner Chose Clearwater
We came to Clearwater Beach on vacation with our two boys for many years. We enjoyed the area so much that we purchased this house and now that we are retired we spend our winters there from January to May 1st.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This is a bright cheerful house with the sun shining in at all times. We enjoy working around the yard and planting some of our favorite Florida shrubs. We have fantastic neighbors, always giving a smile or a wave and so helpful with information about the area. Everything we need is just minutes away, Shopping, Banking and Church. Clearwater Beach or Sunset Point is almost a daily trip for our daily walk or just sitting reading a book.
