The modern villa was designed by premier architect Stefan Antoni and features open floor plans perfect for entertaining. Over 7,000 square feet with a large gourmet kitchen and a plush cinema for movie viewing complete with a popcorn machine. All custom designed furniture and art work by well known South African artists, the house comfortably sleeps ten people. The villa has a full time staff of three and a chef available upon request.
The top floor features an open area living area with bar and patio areas. Additionally a large size office that is complete with wifi and internet connections and a two car garage. The covered patio dining table sits up to sixteen for wonderful nights of dining. The second floor has a breakfast area, conversation area and a 600 square foot kitchen including restaurant style stoves and indoor grills. The kitchen island is made of rare granite and provides seating for guests. Additionally, a large bed room has a beautiful en-suite bathroom and adjacent bedroom with a bath make a master suite of rooms. A 400 square foot cinema features large oversized custom sofas with a large screen projection system. The third floor has three bedrooms that open directly to the garden and pool area. All are well decorated with well known art and statues. The pool and garden features six sun beds and outdoor seating area that’s very private.
The villa can accommodate families and guests alike. It’s appeared in numerous films and magazine articles. With beautiful views and a safe secure neighborhood, the villa is among the best rentals on the market.
