Absolutely adorable beach side home, newly remodeled with new pool and spa, fenced in back yard, screened lanai just steps from the beach. Boat parking directly across the street on our vacant lot.
Located in the preferred "North Beach Area," this single family home is just 4 houses from the beach and a beach access ramp. It is also just 6 short blocks from Flager Ave., an easy walk walk to enjoy the many restaurants and shops. There is a 2 way street to cross to the beach access, no 4 lane major road which you'll find in the "South Beach Area." North Beach" is a quiet residential area of well maintained single family homes, most built in the 1960's, and many of them now remodeled for beach retreats!
This home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2004 with every imaginable convenience! Very comfortable feather stuffed sofas, reclining chair, new appliances, flat screen TV's, cable TV, CD/DVD player, pillow top mattresses, fluffy towels, all types of dishes, glasses, serving ware. Everything in the beach theme!
Outside is a large lanai with a new pool with multi-colored lighting and a large gas heated spa. The backyard is completely fenced in for privacy! The carport has just been screened in to create an additional living area. The house is landscaped with many tropical plants. There is a stereo and outside speakers along with outside lighting. Top of the line patio furniture.
For your convenience there is a wagon to pull your "gear" to the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and his and her bikes.
The home is completed decorated in a beach theme. The home is being rented only during the season and is used throughout the rest of the year by the owners. We are hoping to find a "Seasonal tenant" that will take great care of our home and belongings and treat it like their own. And, hopefully return year after year.

We live outside of Orlando, in a quiet residential area called Lake Mary. It is about a 50 min. drive to New Smyrna Beach. My husband and I own the home with our two grown sons. We all love coming to my beach house!
