Sea Trail is 3 miles from Calabash, NC, 5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach, NC and 20 minutes from the city limits of North Myrtle Beach, SC.

For the golfers, waiting at Sea Trail is a golf experience you will not want to miss. There are three different signature courses, designed by Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd to be enjoyed by players of all levels, but are challenging even to the accomplished golfer.
Custom Golf Packages Available with this property for all rental stays starting at $299 per person for 4 people for 3 nights lodging and 3 rounds of golf. Play over 100 Myrtle Beach Courses at the best rates, including Sea Trail and other local courses.
There are also two clubhouses which feature a full-service golf shop, lounge and snack bar.
The Village Activity Center (VAC) is only a 3 minute walk from our condominium and hosts a variety of activities. The outdoor pool with kiddie pool and heated whirlpool and its lush, tropical setting is perfect for relaxing. The indoor heated whirlpool, heated pool, and sauna are perfect for those cooler days.
Take time to visit the full service spa for a massage with a licensed therapist. If you don't want to take a break from your exercise routine while you are away, take advantage of the fitness center. Fitness classes are also scheduled year round.
The Village Activity Center is available for a nominal charge ($80 a week for a family of six, for example). (Note - at the present time the VAC is unavailable to renters)
Included in your welcome package for stays of 7 days and longer is a GSGA Discount Golf and Dining Card and Welcome Packet containing essentials for your trip at check-in. This card can save you hundreds of dollars on your vacation at over 100+ Golf Courses (Azalea Sands, Barefoot Courses, River Oaks, etc.), Restaurants, (from Greg Normans, Fire Island Grill, Overtime, Planet Hollywood, etc.), Entertainment, (Club Kryptonite, Foggy Bottoms, Palace Theater, etc.) and great discounts for shopping at Tanger's Outlets, Home Depot, Martins Golf PGA Superstore, just to name a few, while at the Grand Strand.
For the children, Sea Trail has planned activities daily during the summer and holiday periods. Other activities available nearby are: canoeing, kayaking, sailing, horseback riding, deep sea and pier fishing, eco-tours and adventure cruises.

* Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and checkout time is no later than 11:00 AM.
* Reservations/Cancellation information - 30% of the rental amount is required to confirm your reservation for weekly or longer rentals. A deposit of $100 is required for 2-3 day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Full payment is due when your reservation is confirmed if your arrival is less than 30 days away. Personal checks, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. Cancellations made less that 30 days prior to arrival date will result in loss of reservation fee.
* 3 nite minimum in summer and major holidays, 2 nite minimum rest of the year
Books are available in our condo for your reading pleasure. A restaurant guide is available with menus from numerous local restaurants. The area has restaurants featuring the following cuisine: Thai, Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and Australian. Any palate can be satisfied.
Linens, departure cleaning, unlimited local calls, Wireless Internet, and utilities are included in our rates.

My wife and I are both from New York and both retired after working for the Department of Defense for over 30 years in Rome NY, Washington DC, and Heidelberg Germany. We both love to golf, go to the beach, and travel. We have traveled all over the world.
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
We purchased property at Sea Trail in the mid-1990's after deciding this was the place we wanted to retire to and build a house. Florida was too hot and crowded for us and this area was the best retirement place we found. The people here are all very friendly, golf courses are great, and beach is beautiful. We purchased our condo a few years after we bought our property for investment and to have a place to live while our house was being built. Turned out we almost lived in the condo one full year as our house was being built.
