The FIRST home is called ROYAL ELEGANCE and is located at 21 Monaco St in Miramar Beach Destin. This five bedroom house is less than
four years old. With six covered balconies, everyone can enjoy the ocean view and lake views from the first, second and third floor balconies. "The Royal Elegance" is located in the Crescent Beach Cottage Community with a shared private beach access. Across from the houses are the community olympic size pool and hot tub. The views from the front decks on the second and third floors are spectacular and the soothing sounds of the surf carry right into your bedroom. A place without crowds or flashing lights, Crescent Beach Cottages will have you vacationing a beach lover's dream. This house sleeps 14.

The SECOND house is called MONACO MANOR and is located at 59 Monaco St in Destin.
This beautiful three-story home with a tower is located just off the beach, less than 100 steps to the gorgeous white sand of Destin. With a community pool, fitness center, and designated beach access with no roads to cross, it makes for the perfect family retreat. This home is over 3,000 sq. ft. With 4 bedrooms/4 1/2 baths.
The first floor has a master suite with ful bath and another bedroom with two double beds and full bath.
The second floor includes a living room with dining area and a full kitchen. The half bath is located off the living room area.
The third floor contains a second master suite with full bath and there is another bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds, also with a full bath.
The fourth floor tower has a living room with a pullout sofa. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom and TV/VCR. The stereo/entertainment system is located on the second floor and has the capability to route the music to all or just selected rooms and balconies in the home. Each floor and every bedroom has its own balcony or deck with which to see beautiful oceanviews and/or
