Casa De Mariposas referred to as 'Your Home In San Pancho' is located in a new neighborhood located in San Pancho. We have a stamped concrete street and sidewalks with low level street lighting in a series of planters. Our home very new and is set back and surrounded by coconut and mango trees. A beautiful home located in a peaceful setting of San Pancho. 'Your Home In San Pancho' is a two story home, with a master bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor along with a large terrace. The bottom floor has the kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath and laundry room. Also on the lower floor there are two bedrooms, both with their own private bathroom. These lower bedrooms have seperate entrances to the exterior.We have a small pool which you can float carelessly or sit next to and enjoy the peacefulness of the day. Our property manager can help you arrange things from exploring the area to having a chef prepare you meals in the home. It is a short and flat 10 minute walk through town to the beach. When walking to the beach you will pass a beautiful polo field and restaurant where they play most Saturday afternoons as well as have evening dinner entertainment, the soccer field, several residences, restaurants, stores, shops and art galleries. A very enjoyable stroll, a great way to start or end your day.

My girlfriend and I rented Larry and Judy’s place (Not the entire house, just the main part of the house with master bedroom, kitchen and living room) for a week in mid April. The experience was wonderful. The house is super private, clean, new and quiet. About a 100 yards away is the polo field. I brought my girlfriend there during an expedition match on a Friday evening. It was one of the coolest things I have done. You sit in these super comfy white leather couches while they serve you super yummy food and drinks. The horses are beautiful and the setting is very romantic. The town is super small and quiet. We were there in the off season, so it was not as busy as normal. The beach is beautiful. The water is warm and I had tons of fun playing in the waves. There were people surfing there but I would recommend taking the 2 min bus (10 pesos) ride south to Sayulita if you want to catch some waves. Sayulita was such a cool place. We surfed all day and enjoyed some live music at night. We also went to Chacala on our first trip. It takes about 30min, but it’s worth the trip. The water is super warm and calm. No surfing here just a nice romantic place.

Dear Larry, We had a wonderful time, your home is beautiful and we were quite comfortable there. Discovering San Pacho was quite a treat and I would recommend your home to others. The property managers were very helpful, friendly and informative. The taxi was available upon our arrival and our travel was quite smoothe. I only wish we had more time!
