Beautiful mountain home located on Prospect Mountain. Lots of privacy, yet close enough you can walk to town. Living room features a moss rock, wood burning fireplace with HD/LCD/DVD above, King "pine cone" bedroom, bath with log shelving and accents, fully equipped kitchen with gas range and granite countertops. Large 12x26 deck with Hot Tub with HUGE Continental Divide views.
The walkout lower level has log covered entry, queen bedroom, bath, family room with a queen and a twin sofa sleeper. Patio doors to a new 12x26 deck with patio furniture and hammock. Wildlife frequents the home, and the private setting makes for a relaxing get away. Fabulous views from both inside and outside the home, hot tub, and area surrounding the home. Setting has lots of trees, large outcropping of rocks and boulders, for a true stay in the mountains, but not too far from fun, shopping, restaurants, hiking, and most town and park activities.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The location is so unique. Close to everything-yet so nice and private. You can walk into town in a couple of minutes and come back home to the mountain setting amidst the boulders, outcroppings, and large pines. And the views..............simply awesome. From the Mummy Range to the north, and then the Continental Divide sweeping the south and west. Wildlife frequents the property, which is a real delight. Hot tub is especially relaxing while looking at the mountains.

What a wonderful find! We loved everything about our stay at Mountain Views. Quiet location with fabulous views from the decks. Extremely well-appointed and perfectly maintained home with every convenience at our fingertips. The hot tub was very much appreciated after a long day of hiking, and the super-duper gas grill was much used. Although we did not have much time for viewing, the flat screen tv upstairs was a bonus, and the wi-fi connection also was excellent. Linda and Bob were outstanding hosts and have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

This was the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. We were able to sit in the hot tub watch the sun set and later at night and look at the stars. This home has the most amazing views. The owners had everything you could think of to make our stay enjoyable. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to wake up. I will be returning. The E & A Little

We have rented vacation homes for many years and have learned that some owners treat renters like "renters", while other owners treat frenters like "family". Tjis was definately the "family" type. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in all of Estes! Everything we could have wanted in a house was there. Linda & Bob are certainly gracious hosts. Thrilled to report we saw many elk, and the sweetest of all, 2 baby deer(spots & all) grazing behind the house.WE LOVE IT HERE! Thank you Bob and Linda. What a great vacation cabin! What a view! We brought our daughter and son-in-law for a weekend get-away, and wedding anniversary celebration. We had a great time and enjoyed the cabin. We will be back. Loved the deer and elk!

Thank you for being such gracious hosts and accommodating our group for the weekend. The cabin was amazing! We had a great time! The kids especially enjoyed the surrounding outdoors for their adventures and treasure hunts. The adults very much enjoyed the peaceful setting, beautiful views, privacy, and the hot tub…we even got snowed on while soaking…great!
