This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is very unique and comfortable. Located on two floors with the kitchen, living room with on the wall Flat Screen TV and main bedroom with private bath on the first floor. The location can not be beat. No need for a car!! You can walk to everything. Located in the WEST END we are very close to the BOAT SLIP and other bars and restaurants in town. Why the Owner Chose Provincetown
When I decided to buy this condo I wanted a place that was close to everything but also needed a space that would give my privacy. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. With three bedrooms it also gives me plenty a space for friends and family to come and visit!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
One of the first things I did when I bought the unit was to renovate the master bath. I wanted to be sure there was both a shower and a TUB (claw-foot) so I could enjoy a long bath for those stressful days. Also with two floors I was able to create a spot where there is plenty of privacy for all guests. The outside deck was a special bonus. It makes me feel like like I am in a private garden yet I am only 1/2 block from commercial street!!
After living here for eleven years I enjoy ALL the people I have met. Really in a small town like this I have grown to love the very special people whose choose to live here. I love going to Joe's for my morning coffee and visiting Bayside Betty's for a good cocktail and times with friends here!! Other great locations are Jimmy's and of course the general store. ALL within walking distance of my place :))
The best part of it all is that all the stores, restaurants, bars, etc., are so very welcoming not only to me as a local but to all people who decide to visit this great town!! It really is like one big family.

Five of us stayed in the house and everything was perfect...I have to admit, I've stayed here before, so I knew ahead of time that things would be good...The greatest thing about the house is privacy - no bedrooms share a common wall. However, when you want to be together, the kitchen, living, and patio areas flow together really well, and kudos to the full-house zoned stereo system..Having a washer and dryer really helps eliminate the need to bring a lot of clothes. Thanks again Larry for sharing your home and making our vacation fun and relaxing.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
