The property sleeps up to 9 guests, and has a 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms main house, and a guest house with 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. The main house and the guest house are considered one property, and cannot be rented separately.Prices quoted are for both structures. On site features include a game room, a fun 5 hole putting green, and private garden spa.

This house has a very nice overall vibe to it. It is placed in a great location in the Hills, close to everything - Hollywood, Downtown, North Hollywood, 101 Highway - everything is near. It's Los Angeles though, you do need a car. Property is clean and well-maintained, owners are very kind and helpful, great people. Family settings with members with diverging sleeping hours should be aware that noise coming from the main living room [tv or music] can be heard in the two upstairs bedrooms, but not in the downstairs bedroom. The guesthouse is very nice and completely secluded. Overall a fantastic experience, to be recommended!

This is a most excellant property to stay at. It was everything that we expected. The pics are an accurate portrail of the property. We used the grill and the hot tub in the backyard, everything worked great. The kitchen was super and had all the basic neccessities. The location was perfect for us. It seemed like we where just 10-15 minutes away from everything. I would use this property again in a heartbeat. The owners where great to work with and the depoisit was returned within three days. Comfortable accommodation found as advertised. Visited as a group of 7, plenty of room for us all. Good location, making everything easily accessible by car. Hot tub, pool table, BBQ, putting green enough to keep most parties amused for nights in, but the location does allow for nights out too The owner was extremely helpful indeed As per other review, be aware that noise in the main living area can be heard in the upstairs bedrooms Driveway has enough room for two cars, which are really a must

This was a great place for a family of six to stay especially when we needed a home after many hotels stays. The place was clean and tidy and was well stocked in the kitchen with items you wouldn't ordinarily expect. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the kids to run around. They particularly liked the mini-golf and games room out the back. It kept them amused whilst we were working at the kitchen table. Thanks for a great stay.

I stayed at the Hollywood Cotttage for a week in January with 4 other friends. The property is lovely with all the amenities needed to enjoy a home away from home. Very clean, spacious, airy and bright. The location was perfect! We were situated no more than 5 to 15 minutes away from the local shopping mall (Hollywood & Highland), supermarkets, bowling, Starbucks, night clubs etc. Though centrally located, the cottage is also perfect for those days and nights in. There is a pool table, hot tub and plenty of dvds and video games to entertain yourself with. This will definitely be our first choice everytime we are visiting LA. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We were a party of 6 adults (3 Couples) travelling to LA after a week in Vegas with 10 other people. We found the whole booking, arrival and departure process extremely easy and stress free - a 1st when trying to arrange a holiday for a large group of people! The owners were more than accommodating and helpful to us. The property itself is perfect, great size and space. Really close to Universal Studios. Ralphs supermarket and City Wok chinese restaurant were really close by and great. The BBQ and Hot Tub outside were perfect after a long day of sightseeing or just to chill out in. The thing you need to know about LA is that its such a sprawling metropolitan area that it's impossible to be close to everything. We found that this house was the perfect base if you want to do all LA has to offer. Also remember that NO ONE walks anywhere in LA, so taxis for nights out are a necessity. Car is also a must for day trips, supermarket runs etc. All in all a great end to our American adventure, a home away from home which we would all definately consider using again if we were ever in the area again.
