Beautifully furnished bright, recently remodeled, 2 bedroom., 2.5 bathrooms with mirrored doors, turn-key townhouse unit.

Bedrooms in this newest phase condo are separated by a hall, each with its own attached bathroom, for maximum privacy. Master bedroom has new top-of-the line King bed, built in dresser and TV/VCR/DVD.

Fans throughout, and kitchen as complete as one at home, with every appliance you might want, including service for 12, and a glass dining room table that extends for 12.
Card table/chairs available.
Downstairs bathroom has washer/dryer.
Downstairs has recently remodeled wet bar & closet.
Living room, with TV/VCR/DVD has a comfortable sofa that pulls out to a Queen bed.
If you prefer casual barbeque dining or outside meals, the tiled patio is furnished with a barbeque, lounge, umbrella table and 4 comfortably cushioned armed chairs.

One of the nicest features is you face the greens as you leave the unit, mountains clearly etched off in the distance.

There's a 1 minute walk to a choice of two pools (out of 12 that are on the property), and a 3 minute walk to the main pool with the Clubhouse and the stadium Center Court, plus the 12 additional "lit for night" tennis courts, all immaculately maintained with a pro shop onsite and lessons from the on-site tennis pro.
A 5 minute walk will take you to the paddle tennis court.
The exercise gym is off the Clubhouse.
If your choice of activity is off the courts, there are weekly organized bike rides and hikes around the area.

At the Clubhouse, there are daily bridge games, a fully stacked library, and a ping-pong table. This is also the site for Sunday morning gatherings around Center Court for coffee and donuts. There are frequent afternoon and evening events held here, many pot-luck, usually centered around a holiday, an event, (like the Super Bowl), or a tennis function.

For off-site activities and entertainment, Deep Canyon Tennis Club (DCTC) is a mile from the renowned El Paseo with fabulous shops, restaurants and art galleries. There are also world-famous golf courses, all within a 5 mile radius. Weekends provide a fun Street Fair and Market a mile away, choice of over 25 movie theaters in the near-by malls, hot-air ballooning, and when the grandkids visit, there's a water park, the Living Desert "zoo", the Children's Museum, and a beautiful fun park, where they can feed the ducks. Every February there is the exciting Palm Springs Film Festival, drawing celebrities from Hollywood and entries from all over the world.

DCTC is only a few miles from new resort casinos with top name entertainers, the McCallum Theater presenting classical and current shows and entertainers, and the famous Follies in Palm Springs.
