Our fully furnished over-sized, nearly new condo has it all! Whether you like to enjoy your morning coffee in our peaceful lakefront setting, or prefer watching the sunset on our screened lanai (with seating for over 8 people), we can accommodate! No cramped quarters here! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the surroundings. Not only is our condo fully equipped with everything you need, but our community is as well supplied. Several quaint shops and restaurants are within walking distance with beautiful walking paths close by.
If you are looking for beaches, we have Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva, along with several other small beaches located within 4 miles! GOLF anyone? Fort Myers offers many courses to meet the needs of all golfers and all levels of play. If you are in the mood to swim, our shared pool is just a step away, and includes a beautiful hot tub. A nicely equipped exercise room is located adjacent to the pool.

Year Purchased: 2005
We are a rather young family with three children under the age of 15. Although time is very precious, we find the time to visit our home-away-from-home a few times a year. We are from Northeastern Pa. and the winters can be rather long, gloomy, and COLD. We utilize any time possible to escape to the beautiful sunny coast of Fort Myers. We purchased our coach home as a long term investment that hopefully our children will be able to enjoy for many years to come. We just LOVE it here!
Why the Owner Chose Bellamar at Beachwalk
The first time we visited the west coast of Florida, we all fell in love with it! There really IS something for everyone. The main attraction was the magnificent beaches and ocean water. The children loved the warm waters of the Gulf, as did the adults. The neighborhood was manageable with the traffic. No long waits in traffic lines. Everything is close, including food stores, beautiful boutiques, and endless cultural opportunities. Our parents love our home as well, as it is so easy to navigate the area. With several beaches within 10 minutes drive, and all the golf one could desire, we have all been kept very busy. At the end of the day we thoroughly enjoy our screened in lanai for our "Happy Hour" entertainment! The pool is just steps away, and boasts a beautiful hot tub for relaxing those sore muscles from a full day's activities.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The thing that makes our condo so special is that we have the option of doing so many things within a short distance from our home. The pool is 1 building from ours, yet is extremely quiet. When my son and husband want to golf, there are several options close by. The beaches (my favorite part) are within a 10 minute drive. Food stores? Right down the road. A library ( very comprehensive and beautiful) is within a mile from our condo. We couldn't have picked a more centralized location to set up our vacation.
