You’ll be within quick walking distance to incredible restaurants, shopping, galleries, movie theaters, and the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Train. Durango is best known for its outstanding outdoor activities. The Animas River flows just four blocks from your front door and is world famous for rafting, kayaking and trophy trout. Durango Mountain Resort is just 20 minutes up the road, and offers family skiing in the winter, as well as multitudes of summer activities. Don’t forget all the hiking and biking surrounding the area, as well as ancient cliff dwellings, ghost towns and old mines. This IS The Old West!
This comfortable home features a spacious living room with high crown molded ceilings, hardwood floors and a gas-log fireplace, ideal for curling up with a good book. The adjoining kitchen is complete with everything you need, just like being at home. The main-level bedroom offers a king-size bed, plenty of closet space, and French doors leading to a serene private patio where you can sit and breath in the fresh Colorado air. The lower level provides a family room, 2 bedrooms – one with a king-size bed, the other with two twin beds, a ¾ bath, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Also residing on the main level is the Huni Suite which has its own cozy bedroom, living room, ¾ bath, and kitchen with walkout to a lovely wood deck.
