Andalusia is a NEW spacious (7000 square foot) Mediterranean courtyard style home located closer to the beach than 99.9% of homes along 30A. Paradise By The Sea is a private gated low density community south of scenic 30A which offers more beach frontage/home site than any community in the area - approximately 1000 linear feet of beach! No crowds but enjoy being right next door to Alys and Rosemary Beach. Our community is surrounded by Alys Beach to the north so enjoy the very short walk to Fonville Press for coffee or dining at George's.
Andalusia features five bedrooms with king beds, beautiful construction with travertine, decorative tile, and walnut throughout, and LCD/DVD TV's in each room. Two additional multipurpose rooms can be used as bedrooms as needed-no sleep sofas. Our bathrooms make the Ritz forgettable! Take the elevator to the main third floor kitchen/living/dining room with 15 foot ceiling, Gulf views everywhere, 47 inch LG HD LCD TV with surround sound. Subzero refrigerator, two Miele dishwashers, Wolfe gas cooktop, huge granite island with sink. January 01, 2009 finish date.

Why the Owner Chose Alys Beach
The beaches along Scenic 30A between Destin and Panama City are among the most beautiful in the world. We love the varied interesting architecture seen at the upscale communities seen along 30A. This area is the center of the "new urbanism" concept so park the car and enjoy walking to all amenities. This is a very family oriented area offering any amenity you could want for a great beach vacation. There are no crowds since only single family homes and small condominium buildings are found along Scenic 30A.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are located at an outstanding location situated right between Alys and Rosemary Beach, in a small gated community called Paradise By The Sea. We are in a very low density community with over 1000 linear feet of private beach. All amenities of Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach are just a two minute walk from our home- no need for a car once you arrive. Our beach access is 100 yards from our front door (we are one lot off the beach). Watch the dolphins swim from almost any room in our four story, very high end, large, beach home called Andalusia.

Beautiful new Gulf front shopping and entertainment complex, including new large fishing pier. Very nice movie theaters and restaurants only a 15 minute drive from our home, Andalusia.

We have a friend trip every year. This was our first time renting a house together. This house is amazing. I can't really describe in words. It was far more amazing then we ever imagined it would be. The view is unbelievable. We went mid September and the weather was perfect. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a luxury beach vacation. It's Perfect. We will be going back if we can.

We wanted the perfect beach vacation for our large family - 5 sons and wives and 6 grandchildren, and found it in Paradise By The Sea, Andalusia! We all gathered from Texas, Tennessee, and Budapest, Hungary! Andalusia is spacious, elegant yet comfy, gives everyone such peaceful privacy. Views of the beach and ocean breathtaking. We all loved the fabulous kitchen, top-notch and really great for several chefs at once! And the private pool was incredible for everyone! We feel so blessed and pampered to have been there - can't wait to return!

How could I have forgotten to sign the guest book! We returned for the second year with our 15 family members ranging from 3 to 73(that would be Gramps) and loved it even more than last year. You have provided ample supplies from dishes & glasses to mixers and blenders. Thanks so much. Pls don't keep raising the rates or we won't be able to return and we all loved it so.

this home was perfect, we came down to get married and both my family and my husband's family stayed here. it was big enough to feel separate (separate house was awesome) but cozy enough to feel together. thanks for sharing your home with us.
