Ours is a comfortable family home (we live here) in a 10-townhouse complex in the city with easy access to downtown. Wonderful Cherry Creek East neighborhood, 3 blocks from popular sports bar, 4 blocks from park with playground and tennis courts, 6 blocks from bike path/hiking trail, and 7 blocks (12-minute walk) from Cherry Creek mall and Cherry Creek North shops and restaurants.
Our first floor features a full kitchen, dining area, half-bath, and living area with queen-sized sofa bed, cable TV, DVD player, and VCR. Second floor has laundry, and large master bedroom/bath with queen bed, full futon, loveseat, jacuzzi tub,separate shower,large double sink, and small TV. Third floor has 2 bedrooms---one with queen bed and small desk,and second with a twin bed and full futon-- and a full bath.
First two floors, accommodating up to 6 people, available for rental at a lower rate (ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children). Please inquire about availability.
Two-bedroom condo in high rise available nearby for 4-6 additional guests. Please inquire about rates for large groups.

I am a single mom with three children, ages 14-20. Because we live here, we cannot accommodate 1 night or long-term rentals at this time.
Why the Owner Chose Denver
We love living within walking distance of everything! We are near several parks, a great bike trail, and several bus lines.
