The gentle breezes from the Gulf of Mexico will invigorate you as you relax on the spacious lanai. One can easily become accustomed to the spectacular views this condominium offers.
This gated community has a bayside pool and under-building parking. Being only a half-mile to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach one may walk to and from the beaches. Beach parking is also available at the county park or at any of the 10 Beach Access points. There is plenty of guest parking on the premises.

Bridgewater is located close to everything! You can have your feet in the warm beach sand in mere seconds, or be shopping at Coconut Point Mall, South Florida’s largest new mall, in 12 minutes! The surrounding area truly offers something for everyone!
In your residence you will find an Activities Book that can fill your schedule for months. If you are a golfer, we have access to “In-Season Golf” and in the summer be sure to ask us about FREE ACCESS TO 35 AREA GOLF COURSES plus discounted green fees until Oct. 31st 2008!
Boaters can rent a boat or charter a trip at a local marina which is only 30 seconds away. Tennis players can play at the friendly Tennis Club which is almost across the street. During their seasons one can enjoy Red Sox and Twins spring training games, FGCU University basketball and baseball, and Everblades Hockey. The Ft. Myers-Naples Greyhound Track and Poker Room is only 5 minutes east on Bonita Beach Rd. We are literally just a hop, skip or a jump from everything.
For a delightful evening out sample one of the 20 plus specialty restaurants close by. Or, if you enjoy the theater and art, you may prefer an evening at the Philharmonic. You can step it up a notch by visiting bustling Fifth Avenue in downtown Naples.
