VILLA PALMARES is a very private gulf access home in South West Cape Coral, with an electrically heated pool, nestled within lushly landscaped grounds. The home is in a very quiet mature neighborhood, well away from the Boulevards and Parkways. There are 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 Master suite, 1 guest). The spacious living area consists of 2 separate living rooms, one of which features a games room to provide entertainment for all the family. The home is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet, so bring your Laptop.
The home has a spacious and airy feel, accented with modern tropical style décor. The first living area is equipped with a regulation standard pool table and leather sofa. This room leads onto the open plan kitchen and overlooks the formal dining area, main family room with large TV with Sports Package and ultimately, the private screened pool area and personal boat dock with lift.
Featuring 4 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed, plasma cable TV and private Master Shower-room. The Master Shower-room has the added bonus of a pool door giving access to the screened pool area. A further 2 guest bedrooms feature a queen size bed each. The fourth guest bedroom has been very comfortably furnished with 2 full beds and plasma TV with cable, therefore ensuring every bedroom is a luxuriously comfortable retreat for guests.
Stepping outside of the family room and formal dining area through the glass sliding doors, guests can enjoy the spacious deck area with sparkling electrically heated pool for the winter months (or solar panel heated in summer). There is outdoor seating for 6 so guests can enjoy alfresco dining. The City of Cape Coral is a Gulf Coast town in the sunshine, famous for being on water. In fact almost every street is on water and Cape Coral has a larger amount of canals and waterways than the City of Venice in Italy. With water being such a focal part of the community, Cape Coral is a very popular choice with fishermen and boaters alike. Villa Palmares is situated on one of the many popular gulf access canals that the Cape is famous for, the canals are teeming with fish such as snook and even the most novice of anglers should enjoy some success.
