Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Plantation Dreams since 2007. In the past 2 years we have noticed that the carpets in the bedrooms is stained and needs to be replaced. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family recently stayed at Plantation Dreams and had an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, close to all that 30A has to offer. The covered parking area proved great for our bikes during the 2 days of rain! The screen porch was fantastic for relaxing and morning coffee. Very clean and pleasantly decorated. As others have said, I would get a new mattress for the master. The fridge had some issues with getting cold and making ice. Thanks for the little red wagon to help get to the beach with our stuff. The local beach is great and less crowded than others along this strip of 30A as well. Neighbors were pleasant and it is a nice feeling in the Grove at Seagrove. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home could use some updates. The bedding (pillows, mattresses, sheets) could use updating. They are quite uncomfortable. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay at Plantation Dreams. The location is extremely convenient for beach access, the town of Seaside and a short drive to Rosemary Beach. The house felt like our home away from home. We spent many nights sitting out on the screened porch. My one and only suggestion would be for the owners to upgrade their TV's. However, as it turned out, this was a nonissue for my family. We would have no reservations returning to Plantation Dreams. Manager responded on 6/17/2012: Plantation Dreams is definately that home away from home beach house to relax and unwind.   Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is dated...just an odd mix of furniture...most of which is we were really nervous with kids that it would stay white till end of trip! TVs are so old we couldn't hook up Blue Ray or Video game players we had brought. I know that's not what a trip to the beach is for, but when you have kids and it rains for 3 days, it helps to be able to have movies/video games :) All TVs are really dated. Bedding - only 2 blankets for 6 people??? Also master mattress is really old/uncomfortable. Chairs at Dining table, literally falling apart. Plus house sleeps 6, we had 6 and they only have 4 dining chairs?? Bike they said they had was completely rusted, chain off...totally unusable. We had one child with no bike because we counted on a useable bike at the house (based on VRBO listing). Rental company was great and got us a bike. Seagrove and Seaside are great, have been going multiple times a year for about 13 years. Usually stay at a friends but decided to rent. Will rent again, but not this house. Manager responded on 4/16/2012: Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay at Plantation Dreams. The property is loved by so many it was sad to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. We will reccomend replacing the television and make sure to add blankets to the property. The property does offer the 4 chairs at the table and 2 barstool at the breakfast counter for guest to use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved Plantation Dreams. We loved the Pottery Barn type decor because you felt comfortable just hanging out reading and relaxing on the porch or in the living room. The steam shower and the whirlpool tub were a treat. I also enjoyed all the windows that opened so you could get a lovely breeze. The rental company checked on us a few times just to make sure everything was in working order and if we had any questions. Grove by the Sea neighborhood is really nice. Homes are well maintained and the shady trees are wonderful. The birds sing in the tree are nice to hear and watch.
