We offer a very warm, family-friendly townhome with emphasis on fun. When you aren't on the Mountain or downtown Steamboat, this townhome offers a respite for everyone who enters. With over 2200 square feet and multiple levels, you can comfortably sleep 10 without feeling crowded.
There is a master suite on the top floor with its own bathroom; a queen bedroom with a bathroom; two twin beds in the loft and two twin beds are in a third bedroom in the lower area. There is also a pull-out couch in the downstairs living area which will sleep another two.
The downstairs is set up to be a kids "getaway" - complete with their own bedroom, play area w/games, TV, videos, books, puzzles and a magnetic chalkboard wall for young artists.
Adults can enjoy their space while the kids enjoy their area. But all can come together in the large living area which hosts wrap-around seating for 8. This is also where you'll find the computer/broadband connection. The kitchen is spacious with dining available at the table or the island.
Renters may use the sleds, snowball makers, humidifiers, and other wintery items. There is a place near the front door to store your skis, boots and jackets. In the summer, we have a few pool toys (balls, noodles, tubes) which you are welcome to use. All basic amenities such as shampoo, conditional, bath soap, laundry soap, tissue, towels, linens, etc, are supplied.
We ask that a check must be received within seven days of booking. Please send two checks; one for the rental and another for the $500 deposit. The deposit check will be refunded if no damages occur; the refund will be sent within five to seven business days of post-cleaning. No refunds will be given inside 30 days. We will send formal acknowledgement confirming dates, rates, and balances due during the rental process. Please click on our calendar for availability. Please call or email if you have questions.
