We offer a very warm, family-friendly townhome with emphasis on fun. With over 2200 square feet and multiple levels, you can comfortably sleep 10 without feeling crowded. We have lots of parking or you can take the bus - We are the last stop before the gondola!
There is a master suite on the top floor with a private bathroom; a second master suite on the main floor with a connecting bathroom; two twin beds in the loft and two twin beds in a third bedroom in the lower area. There is also a pull-out couch in the downstairs living area which will sleep another two.
The downstairs is set up to be a kids "getaway" - complete with their own bedroom, bathroom, play area w/tons of games (ranging from ages 2-adult), TV/cable, Playstation, videos, books, puzzles and a magnetic chalkboard wall for young artists.
Adults can enjoy their space while the kids enjoy their area. But all can come together in the large living area which hosts wrap-around seating for 8. We offer free WiFi and a desk area for your computer. The kitchen is spacious with dining available at the table or at the island.
Renters may use the sleds, snowball makers, humidifiers, and other wintery items. There is a place near the front door to store your skis, boots and jackets. In the summer, we have pool toys (balls, noodles, tubes) which you are welcome to use. All basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, laundry soap, tissue, towels, linens, etc, are supplied.

Why the Owner Chose Herbage Townhomes
Steamboat is a great place for a busy family. The pace is slower and the town has a lot to offer without the crowds.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The space. It's multi-level and we visit often with other families and we love that there is room for all of us. It's close to the Gondola and is on the bus route (no need to bundle up non-skiers to drive others to the mountain!). In the winter, the kids can sled down the mini-hills on the property and during the summer, they can swim in the pool. There are things to do at the unit so that you don't even need to leave (if you don't want to :).
E2 Herbage is located on the bus line and just blocks from the base of the Mountain - easy to get to for skiing, summer events and restaurants.

We came here for the Triple Crown World Series. We all enjoyed hanging out together in the pool. And we love this townhouse! It was so nice to have a week away from home without tripping over each other! Thanks!

We had and awesome time and awesome weather - we did a sleigh ride, skied on the mountain and Howelson Hill, tubed at Saddleback Ranch and went to the Hot Springs. It was all so much fun and the views from the mountains are spectacular! Just watching my southern boys play in the snow made me smile. Definitely one of our best family vacations! The town and your place was perfect! Thanks for everything!!
