This home is brand new. Lived in for the first time in February 2009! As the model home it has many upgrades. Four bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double and 1 with two twins), 2.5 baths and a fully furnished kitchen. There is a den set up like an office with a desk ready for you to plug in your laptop. WIFI Broadband Internet is FREE! There is also cable television with many channels - even in German!
Your very own heated swimming pool with southwest exposure (as well as the community pool) and lounge area that is enclosed to keep out the buggers you didn't invite to your pool party. There is a table that seats four, 2 lounge chairs and a barbecue to enjoy by the pool
This home is lakeside so you enjoy views of the lake from almost all rooms. The master is on the first floor - perfect for Grandma and Grandpa. The kids will love the pool of course but the community pool offers a slide and lots of fun for the youngsters. There is also a TV/DVD player and WI-FI access for everyone.
The owners are picky as this is their second home and they plan to use it frequently. No smoking is allowed in and around the home. No pets allowed (though there may be a possible exception for long bookings so you can make a request.) If allowed, there will be an extra fee and a non-refundable pet fee of $100-$200 as the carpets will be cleaned after each pet visit.
You are less than half an hour to Sanibel Island - one of the worlds top ten beaches and great for shelling. The fishing in this area is superb and just choose a golf course to try. Beautiful Cape Coral Beach is only 15 minutes away!
The best of all worlds. Your own pool in a community with a fitness center and a community pool and less than 15 minutes from the beach. Tropical climate means great temperatures year round!

One month minimum booking. You can book (and pay) only 1 week but the lease
will be for 30 days blocking out rental for the rest of those days.
