This home is located in Sandoval on Verdmont Road and was the model home so there are many upgraded features. Four bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double and 1 with two twins), 2.5 baths and a fully furnished kitchen. There is a den set up like an office with a desk ready for you to plug in your laptop. WIFI Broadband Internet is FREE! There is also cable television with many channels - even in German!
Your very own heated swimming pool with southwest exposure (as well as the community pool) and lounge area that is enclosed to keep out the buggers you didn't invite to your pool party. There is a table that seats four, 2 lounge chairs and a barbecue to enjoy by the pool
This home is lakeside so you enjoy views of the lake from almost all rooms. The master is on the first floor - perfect for Grandma and Grandpa. The kids will love the pool of course but the community pool offers a slide and lots of fun for the youngsters. There is also a TV/DVD player and WI-FI access for everyone.
The owners are picky as this is their second home and they plan to use it frequently. No smoking is allowed in and around the home. No pets allowed (though there may be a possible exception for long bookings so you can make a request.) If allowed, there will be an extra fee and a non-refundable pet fee of $100-$200 as the carpets will be cleaned after each pet visit.
You are less than half an hour to Sanibel Island - one of the worlds top ten beaches and great for shelling. The fishing in this area is superb and just choose a golf course to try. Beautiful Cape Coral Beach is only 15 minutes away!

My husband, myself, our 17 year old son and a friend of his spent Christmas week here and it was great! The boys had the upstairs and could play their video games into the wee hours of the night without us hearing them! The beds were awesome! The kitchen beautiful as was the whole house and pool area! We enjoyed using the grill and loved the 2 ovens + microwave! The owners even said we could set up their Christmas tree and decorations and we loved it! We also enjoyed the community facilities and the pool personnel were so helpful when my son got sick! Great owners to work with!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

If you are staying in the Cape Coral area and like the following amenities, fishing on small lakes, tennis, bocce ball, gerneral swimming pool,walking paths and close access to Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach and great fishing in the Gulf, this house is great. The home itself, is in excellent shape, very well kept, super clean, and all towels, linens are provided, and the home is in a very safe new gated community. We had our children and grandchildren at the house and it was large enough to accomodate everyone and the little ones enjoyed the pool at the home and the pool at the clubhouse. The neighbors were great. If it is rainy and you have little ones, there is a Monkey Playhouse on Pine Island Rd which is great for indoor play and a five minute drive from this home. Pine Island and Matlacha are minutes away and there are great restaurants on Pine Island. We really enjoyed the home, the location and all of the amenities as part of the gated community. I would recommend this home to a family or a couple or up to 3 couples.

My wife Nancy and I stayed at this house from the latter part of August through November of 2009. The house was very clean, fully furnished with like new appliances and furniture. It was also supplied with every item you would normally stock your own home with.The pool was cleaned every Monday and the water was crystal clear. The southern exposure allowed us to use the pool until November 4th without turning on the heater. The patio furniture was comfortable and provided us with a great view of the lake and wildlife. Sandoval is a quiet gated community. The common areas are very well maintained. The grass, flowering shrubs and palm trees make for an extremely aesthetic environment. It is also located within 10 minutes of Fort Myers, Marina Village and Pine Island. There is a Starbucks, deli, pizza house, ice cream shop, banks and department stores right outside the gate. They are accessible without turning onto a main road. It’s a one minute drive or a 5-10 minute walk if you prefer.Judy and Anders were always available and courteous. They even purchased new dishes because they were not happy with them. We did not ask or complain. We left the house the way we found it and our security deposit was returned promptly.The best proof we liked the community is that we decided to build a home there! Needless to say we enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this home!
