This condo unit offers a multitude of amendaties that you will appreciate and would demand while on vacation. It was entirely remodeled in the Spring of 2009 and was completed in consultation with an interior decorator.Nothing has been left out.This condo is an end unit so no one lives above or below you to create noise and there are no large crowds to deal with. It is a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which will take you to Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte. If you choose, it is a short 4 minute walk and you are at the main ski area,restaurants, ski school, ice skating and mountain activities. The first floor of the condo is a heated, secure, enclosed, private over-sized garage which is ideal for getting in your car out of the cold or storing your equipment (snowmobile/skies/boat/fido) in an area which can be LOCKED.This area also has the washer and dryer. The second story is the main living area and takes on an American Indian-Outdoor theme which blends in with the natural surroundings.It will luxuriosly accomidate 6 people and will gratify the whims and wishes of family and friends.On the second level is the kitchen which was remodeled with designer appliances as well as coodinating Onida dishware and flatware. The kitchen's antique tin-relief ceiling along with the Cowgirl watercoloring is another example of the tastful artwork which can be found through out. You will think the kitchen came out of an advertisement from "Gourmet Magazine"; especially, after seeing the ebony dining table and chairs and floural center piece.
There is also a full bathroom on this level which has been beutifully coordinated with Waverly designer towels and accents.Like the rest of the condo,it is VERY CLEAN. In this main living area is a beautiful custom soap-stone wood burning stove which is an artwork unto itself. It has coordinated chair and ottoman as well as a pullout sofa which converts to a comfortable double bed.There is a patio with jaw-dropping views off the main area with table, chairs and BBQ. While relaxing you can enjoy the state-of-the-art HDTV/Full Entertainment Center with Blu-Ray CD and iPod hook up.This condo also comes with over 50 recent videos!This system is complimented by the fastest wireless internet available along with a new Hulett-Packard All-In-One Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier/PhotoPrinter.There is also free unlimited long distance phone calls!On the third floor is the Master Bedroom which has a King sized bed and Ralph Loren, designer matching bedspread and shams while the walls are graced by mirrored metal artwork.Of course it has cable TV and a DVD player.Off the master bedroom is a balcony area---perfect for viewing and that cup of morning coffee.On this level is the Second Bedroom which has Ralph Lauren comforters and art work set in a Roy Rogers theme.This bedroom has twin beds,dresser and night stand.The second full bathroom is also on this level and has Waverly bath towels and redwood siding walls and is VERY CLEAN.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The list of endless outdoor activities in the Crested Butte area can be found on websites dedicated to that topic. It was while both my children were students at Western States College in Gunnison that we discovered Crested Butte and decided to purchase the condo.We have totally remodeled this unit in the Spring of 2009. We are pet lovers ourselves and wanted to make this unit available to other responsible pet owers who should not be penalized for wanting to take their buddies on vacation with them.This unit is VERY CLEAN and goes through a complete cleaning after each guest stay.A few of the reasons we purchased it was becouse it has a great central location (4 minutes walk to main ski area and shops and 1 minute bus stop which takes you in route to all of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte---I timed it!),it is a quiet end unit in a small complex (no one is above you to make noise),the first floor of this unit is a secure,large,and very clean heated garage which can be locked and no one will mess with your stuff.The remodel was completed under the direction of professionals who selected furnishings and art work you would expect while you are on vacation.

Our family has lived in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California just south of Lake Tahoe for over 20 years. It was there that we became familiar with the activities the mountain life has to offer which includes: skiing, snowmobliling,rafting, kayaking, hiking, biking and camping. During high school both my children skied competitively and represented the State of California in the Junior Olympics. Today, the outdoor lifestyle continues to influence their lives with my son being a professional kayaker and outdoor international filmaker. My daughter is a recent medical school graduate and will be establishing her practice in Crested Butte.
