.This is a GREAT condo. Look at the video and comments from previous renters.This condo unit offers a multitude of amendaties that you will appreciate and demand while on vacation. It was recently remodeled in its entirety and was completed in consultation with an interior decorator.Nothing has been left out.This condo is an end unit so no one lives above or below you to create noise and there are no large crowds to deal with. It is a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which will take you to the ski area and Crested Butte. If you choose, it is a short 4 minute walk and you are at the main ski area,restaurants, ski school, ice skating and mountain activities. The first floor of the condo is a heated, secure, enclosed, private over-sized garage which is ideal for getting in your car out of the cold or storing your equipment (snowmobile/skies/boat/fido) in an area which can be LOCKED.This area also has a new washer and dryer. The second story is the main living area which takes on an American Indian-Outdoor theme and blends in with the natural surroundings.It luxuriosly accomidates 6 people and will gratify the whims and wishes of family and friends.On this same level is the kitchen which was remodeled with designer appliances as well as coodinating Onida dishware and flatware. The kitchen's antique tin-relief ceiling along with the Cowgirl watercoloring is an example of the tastful artwork which can be found through out. You will think the kitchen came out of an advertisement from "Gourmet Magazine"; especially, after seeing the ebony dining table and chairs and floural center piece.
There is also a full bathroom on this level which has been beutifully coordinated with Waverly designer towels and accents.Like the rest of the condo,it is VERY CLEAN. In this main living area is a beautiful custom, signiture soap-stone wood burning stove which is an artwork unto itself. It has coordinated chair and ottoman as well as a pullout sofa which converts to a comfortable double bed.There is a patio with jaw-dropping views off the main area with table, chairs and BBQ. The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The list of endless outdoor activities in the Crested Butte area can be found on websites dedicated to that topic. It was while both my children were students at Western States College in Gunnison that we discovered Crested Butte and decided to purchase the condo.Recently,we have totally remodeled this unit. We are pet lovers ourselves and wanted to make this unit available to other responsible pet owers who should not be penalized for wanting to take their buddies on vacation. Make no mistake,this unit is VERY CLEAN and goes through a complete cleaning after each guest stay.A few of the reasons we purchased it was becouse it has a great central location (4 minutes walk to main ski area and shops or a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to all of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte.It is a quiet end unit in a small complex (no one is above you to make noise),the first floor of this unit is a secure,over sized and very clean heated garage which can be locked so no one will mess with your stuff.The remodel was completed under the direction of professionals who selected furnishings and art work you would expect while you are on vacation.

Our family has lived in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California just south of Lake Tahoe for over 20 years. It was there that we became familiar with the activities the mountain life has to offer such as: skiing, snowmobliling,rafting,fishing,sailing, kayaking, hiking, biking and camping. During high school both my children skied competitively and represented the State of California in the Junior Olympics. Today, the outdoor lifestyle continues to influence their lives with my son being a professional kayaker and outdoor international filmaker.He is also a river raft guide on the South Fork of the American River and paraglider. My daughter is a physician and practices medicine in Portland,Oregon and I am an Emergency Physician who has been in practice for over 30 years. Together we have done volenter work in Nepal and Panama.I and have been married for 38 years to my wife Nancy, who is a licensed, clinical psychologist.

I stayed in this condo for 5 nights in January 10. This is the perfect ski getaway with the relaxing choice of between the hot tub and sauna in the evenings. The beds are comfortable and there are pleanty of movies to watch. We had 4 people and we all had pleanty of space for the entire week. This was the perfect condo for us because it was affordable and felt totally luxurious. We all returned to work feeling totally rejuvinated... And the owners were really cool!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I have stayed twice at the condo, in the winter of 2007 and again in 2008. It is hard to pick my favorite part, I am debating between the hot tub and the location. The condo is SO close to the ski hill. Quik enough to not mind shouldering your gear back and forth. Once back, you have an awesome hot tub with a spectacular view. I initially decided to stay at the condo because the price was affordable compared to many of the other places I was looking at in CB. When I arrived I was really impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the place. It really felt like a vacation and I look forward to visiting again soon.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo. The location can't be beat with walking distance to the slopes and shops of Mt Crested Butte village. Easy access to Snodgrass Mountain for mountain biking and hiking. The condo is wonderful- very comfortable and cozy! We hope to stay here again!

I spent a month in this newly redecorated condo in the summer of 2009. I have spent the last 8 summers in MT. Crested Butte and I love being on the mountain close to the lift and where you can walk out on hiking trails or easily get to others. The condo has lovely views and is compact, but allows enough space for 4 comfortably. There are three floors (garage on the first), the second kitchen, living and dining and a full bath, the third, 2 bedrooms and another full bath. The kitchen has all the equipment you could want and the service ware and attractive place settings for 12 (table seats 6). Also, the bed linens are new and the beds comfortable. There are two nice decks and a grill. It was very clean and it is dog friendly. There is a large flat screen TV and a large selection of current DVD's. The location and living conditions make this a great rental property.
